I believe what makes me stand out as a great caregiver is the love of what I do! & also my outgoing personalitly! At the end of the day my patients become family to me. I care about them just as much as if they really were related to me. I really do love my Job as a caregiver & taking care of those that are in need. My Reviews from previous family's will speak for themselves. I have never had a disappointed family. I will work with the patient & the patients family to make sure I uphold the best possible care for the patient.
My heart warming, and personable personality helps me tremendously when it comes to being a great caregiver. I empathize with people, as well as just give them one extra person to love them just as family would. I was in nursing school when I decided to become a CNA. When I began my work as a CNA, I left nursing school behind for a moment to really enjoy being a care taker. I loved it that much. I am now currently back trying to become a nurse, one college credit at a time, while still enjoying being a CNA full time. Being able to wake up knowing I love my job is very important to me. Giving care and ensuring the safety and comfort of an individual is an extremely rewarding job. I have the patients and compassion to give these people that just need a little extra help. And it is completely okay to need a little extra help. Choosing me to be your family members caretaker means you a hiring another family member. I will provide your loved one with the love and sympathy they deserve. I will ensure they get through their day completing their daily tasks safely and effectively. I will provide them a friend and forever loved one, as I care for all of my patients as I would want my loved one to be cared for.

Hello, my name is Quiniya but you can me Niya for short. I have been working and this field since I was 17, a senor in high school. My first job was working in the kitchen of a retirement home. I later started working as a can and also was certified to pass out medications, all in the same workplace. I am also in good spirit when I come to my place of work. I always try my best to leave my personal at the door. I come to work and make someone's day easier. What attracted me to being a caregiver was just how I grew up. Helping my aunt who was confined to her bed. I have also help raise my younger siblings and also niece and nephews. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is just helping out, giving out positive vibes and putting smiles on people's faces. Personal achievements for me that I am proud is making people happy and having a connection with that person that I am helping.
