Hello :) I have been a stay-at-home mother of two for the past 7 years. I have provided childcare out of my home for the past 4. While I love my job, I am looking to re-enter the work force outside of my home. I have Senior care in my past work history as well. I have been a companion caregiver and a CNA to the elderly as well as disabled. I have beaming references and am an extremely kind and professional person. I enjoy children and watching them learn and grow and believe that individual time should be spent with them. I enjoy talking to the elderly and hearing their stories from the past. Overall I am a very well-rounded caregiver because I can connect with people of all ages. I look forward to meeting you and your family, and for providing exceptional care.
what makes me a great caregiver is the fact that I put my whole heart and soul into what I do. I treat my patients like family, not like a job. I first started caregiving at the age of 16. My mother was a caregiver and I helped her. I knew then that this is what I wanted to do. I love being a caregiver because if I can give my best for them and care is always from my heart. All of my jobs have been with my clients to end of life care with Hospice involved. Knowing that someone is with them through it all . I believe my best care is with dementia and Alzheimer's I have a big interest in this and love working and taking care of them.
I feel what makes me a great care giver it is I'm a very compassionate understanding and I love what I do I love being able to help the older generation be as independent as possible I love being able to be around them listen till their stories from when they were younger it's a different era I been doing this since 2006 so obviously I love what I do I love being compassionate on a very compassionate person I took care of my dad when he was sick God rest his soul
I am an energetic, reliable and compassionate registered nurse who is devoted to caring for others. I have 6 years of nursing experience; 4 years as a LPN and 2 years as a RN. I acquired my experience in a fast-paced hospital setting on a medical surgical floor and I am now avid in shifting my nursing practice to a private duty care giver. My interest in nursing began as a young girl after a personal family experience with a close loved one. Through my high school years, I was given the opportunity to explore the health care field more in depth by shadowing various jobs. I found nursing to be the most appealing because of its diversity and constant advances in medical trends that give plenty of opportunities to build a strong foundation of nursing skills and wide range of experiences. Through dedication and the use of medical advances, my medical expertise and skill sets, I work diligently to provide safe compassionate quality care. I have a strong passion for caring for others and take pride in what I do. I enjoy building trusting relationships with clients and their families and believe communication is the key ingredient. Other traits and experiences include: * Establishes short and long term goals with clients and families. * Proficient in assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation. * 6 years of experience in geriatrics, cardiac and comfort/palliative care. * Well organized and team player with collaborative health care team members. * Ambition to learn new medical advances and experience new things. My current availability would be Monday through Friday after 4:30pm. 1 day a week twice a month I am committed to working a short shift from 8-9:30pm, but I do have a month in advance notice. Thank you for taking the time and your consideration in reviewing my profile. I would be happy to answer any questions or provide any additional information needed. Thank you!

I have been caring for people for many many years . It all started when my great grandmother was diagnosed with cancer and then my grandmother as well i took care of both of them growing up so it put me in that direction to care for and help others in need of help at home or a nursing facility . It is of great honor to make others smile knowing they are truly cared for and well taken care of by a person like myself . I first started as a home health aid then to move on to get my certification to work in nursing homes in which i have both certificates . My goal is to hopefully finish school and become a registered nurse . Rest assured your loved one will get the best care possible that i can provide .
