I am a single mom of two kids, a little girl who is seven and a little boy who is 2! Oolong for day shift hours due to not have king any sitter I. The evenings. I chose healthcare and being a caregiver because I have a passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives. I believe that healthcare is one of the most important and rewarding fields to work in, as it involves caring for people's physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Being a caregiver is not just a job, but a calling, and I feel honored to be able to provide comfort, support, and compassion to those who need it most. (:

I have been working the the health field for 18 years. I have worked in home care, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and psych hospitals. I love helping people. I love to sit and hear their the stories of their past. I am a very caring person and treat all my residents as if they were my own family. My mother was an aide when I was younger and I always admired what she did and wanted to do the same. I love everything there is about being a caregiver, from the good days to the bad. Every moment, every day is very rewarding. I have two personal achievements that I am most proud of. The first one is my three children. They are my everything and my reason to get up every day and keep doing what I do. My second one is the fact that I am now back in school. I never had enough self confidence to do it but with the support of my children and my boyfriend I know I can accomplish it and be great at it.

I am in the Medical Program through Olean CTE Boces. I love to help people. I am a senior in highschool right now soon to graduate. In the mid of July I will be leaving for basic trainjng for the United States Air Force. Hopefully later on I will pursue a career in Neurology.

My name is Brittany Wood im a 22 year old CNA,I just moved to the area. Ever since i was a child i have always enjoyed helping others. From 11 years old till i was 21 i assisted taking care of my aunt who has intellectual disability and is also blind, this consisted of helping prepare meals, bathing and dressing. At 14 i helped care for my grandmother while she was in hospice at my home. When i went to high school i got my CNA license through our BOCES program. I was a CNA at a nursing home in Warsaw NY for the last 3 years. My residents loved my company and im very excited to help you!

I'm a very patient person and easy going person. I enjoy helping people with any needs they require and seeing them happy whether its just for a companion or needing all needs met gives me great satisfaction. I also enjoy meeting some great people. My personal achievement was going from being just a homecare worker to becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant.
