I consider myself a good listener, optimistic, patient, and sensitive to other people's feelings and emotions. I like taking care of others because it reminds me of the time I used to take care of my grandmother and spend time with her either during good times or bad times. What I enjoy the most about being a caregiver is listening to others while I make myself available to help them. I am proud of having a psychologist bachelors degree.

I became a caregiver due to the fact my grandparents who both raised me both passed away in nursing homes. After I saw the care and how they were being treated, I made the decision to become a nurse assistant so I could possibly make a difference. I feel as though I have, I love what I do and couldn't see myself doing anything else. I'm a very compassionate person with a big heart and I truly enjoy helping others. I'm a good talker but a better listener and will do anything to make sure my patient is comfortable and taken care of emotional, physically, and personally. This is my calling and I have enjoyed these last 11 years doing this.

Greetings and I hope all is well here is a little bit about me I've worked with seniors for a little while now privately as well as providing art services at nursing homes. What really got me into caregiving was the passing of my own grandmother, by me living out of town I never got to spend those last days with her which left me in great pain. That is why I started seeing what I can do to help out in the senior community. I cook I do light cleaning such as laundry, dishes, lining changes etc. I have other services that I offer as well I have my cosmetologist license, I offer manicures pedicures and haircuts, I do art classes and I'm also a licensed security officer so I'm trained see any danger coming if we happen to be on a outing. To me it's more then a job and honestly I just believe in treating people the way I would like to be treated or the way I would want someone to treat My love ones A person's character isn't built off of what they do when everyone is looking but more about what they do when no one is around I hope this was informational have a blessed day

Hi! My name is Rosa, I am an introvert but nonetheless a hard worker, enjoy working with the elderly and disabled community. I am constantly asking my patients how I can accommodate them. If they ask me to go an inch I will go a mile. I enjoy listening to their stories, playing games & running personal errands for them. I went to nursing school in 2014. I have my associates of science (AAS), and was working in a nursing home as a nurse assistant for 3 years. I really enjoyed with my elderly residents and taking care of their needs. In 2021, I started working for Carelinx and I've really enjoyed helping and meeting new people. I am certified in many areas of nursing and fluent with many medical equipments including oxygen. I am very out going and love to laugh, cook, do laundry(yes, really!), And I take pride in my work.
