My Dad was a Marine as well so I have a special place in my heart for veterans and their families. The other half of my heart is for special needs individuals and their families. Both of my children have intellectual disabilities and I know first hand the struggles that come with that type of disability. I love to cook (I can't bake a cake to save my life though). I love animals. I have 4 dogs. ,(All of them large breed dogs). I also really enjoy gardening and reading books. I'm kind of a nerd . I'm currently working on getting certified to be a licensed behavior tech which would allow me to work at an ABA facility helping children with special needs and their families.
