I have had the pleasure and privilege to work as a care giver do 25 years . After working with a family member for 4 years as she eventually came to end of life care and was put with Hospice. The experience I have I owe to this amazing service. I then answered help wanted through ads , and have been working with elderly stroke patients, dimentia , HIV and all around needs . I learned very quickly this is how I wanted to make a difference. It has been a great experience for me . Each and every client has a story and I admire this profession and am so honored to be able to be a part of it .
I have worked at Banner Ironwood as a CNA for 4 years and although challenging at times I have loved almost every minute of it. Caring for others has been THE most rewarding career I have had. The ability to make someone feel better, smile and or laugh is such a blessing to me. I have a gift of making people feel loved, respected and maintain their dignity in sometimes very challenging circumstances. I know that your loved one would be blessed to have me helping them with their daily activities and care.
I have been a caregiver for over three years. I find it a very rewarding opportunity to help care for others. I am a certified caregiver, recently went back to school to become a CNA. I passed the written portion of the State Boards with a 96% and a 10% on the skills portion. I have current CPR, First Aid, TB test, Fingerprint card. I am a wonderful caregiver who wanted to improve my skills to be better able and more informed and trained for my clients. I take great pride in being able to provide for my clients. I honestly care for them and want to make certain that I am able to take care of their needs in the fashion that they want, and with the same loving respect as I would my own family member. I am honest, hardworking, dependable and trustworthy. I will take care of your loved one as if they were my loved one. I really enjoy being a caregiver and hope to find the opportunity to take care of your loved one. Sincerely, Marye Lynch

I became a caregiver 10 years ago when I saw the lack of care my great-grandmother was receiving at a nursing home. I set off and became a certified nursing assistant, certified caregiver and first aid along with CPR training. We brought my great-grandmother home and I took care of her for several months before she passed away. I know first hand how hard it is to care for a family member and how important it is for the caregiver of the family to take some time to themselves. I have worked in many different settings over the years, for a company, in a nursing home, hospice care, and privately. I have also worked with a wide range of different levels of care over the years. I am comfortable in most situations, bathing, brief changes, feeding, cooking, dressing, filling weekly pill reminders, transportation, companionship, casual outings to keep things different and fresh. I try and encourage people to do as much for themselves as they can, keeps them thinking and gives them a since of independence, a lot of the times they can do a lot for themselves and they just need a little encouragement and a feeling of security that someone is there to help if they need it. I have an interest in alzheimer's and dementia, I have taken several courses and classes of the years to help take care of people who are suffering from these diseases.I also have several years experience with both alzheimer's and dementia.

I am a Licensed Nursing Assistant. I recently came home from serving a mission in Taiwan Taipei. I'm fluent in Mandarin Chinese. However it was my three teasing brothers, not Taiwan that taught me to be a quick learner. I love the idea of constantly learning and progressing, it's part of what pulled me to be an LNA. I love people, and I want my life to make a difference in the lives of others.
Hey! I am a very outgoing person who loves to help others. I enjoy taking care of people who need assistance because it makes me feel like I have a purpose. I really enjoy when I am able to get a person up and going, because happiness is key! I am a very big dog person, and I have won some medals and awards through that. I overall really enjoy getting out and meeting new people.
