I am a great care giver because I have a good heart for the elderly I have been a caregiver since I was 18 years old and I bond with the client I make sure they are always safe and okay no matter what state of mind their in my job is to assure them that they are safe with me and that I have their back and will not let no harm come their way I love what I do I have the heart for people and I love that I can be there for someone who has no one in their life. I am honest and very reliable I am always on time and I don't call out of work unless I have an extreme emergency. I LOVE MY WORK AND I LOVE MY CLIENTS. This is truly my GOD GIVING CALLING.

I love being in the field of Caregiving. I'm friendly, outgoing and definitely dependable. It all started years ago when my mom suffered a stroke and we had to temporarily have her in an assisted home for a while. I met a lot of people she met there and she always had me help them out. I felt bad since all the nurses were on overload with their work so I helped whenever I could. I always volunteered at my children's schools and the church when the opportunity presented itself. I have experience with Special Needs with a young boy from my sons Karate Club that I volunteered to help also. I was taking care of a senior with Alzheimer's for at least 3 years until he recently passed away. I have another client with Parkinson's and another that suffered a stroke a year in a half ago. I do have my Home Health Aide Certification as of 11/21/15 and also my CPR Certification and Fingerprint and Background Check also available. My passed consists of working the front and back office of a Pediatric and Family Practice Office in Colorado, also lots of Customer Service and working in Administrative/Clerical. I look forward to meeting my new clients and bring enthusiasm and positive energy to them every day!

What makes me a great caregiver I'm a helpful person loving person I'm very dependable and have been doing this kind of work for 7 years or a little more.I always wear a smile always happy and I have a great attitude and very fun to be around I feel when someone is having a bad day or sad I can be the one to bring their spirits up I love to make my client smile to.I became a caregiver 4 months after my grandma passed away I was there with hospice I cleaned house for my grandma got her drinks made small meals helped her to the restroom and helped her sit up to drink or to eat her meals after she passed on I wanted to become a caregiver to help the elderly and children with special needs I love this kind of work.I like being a caregiver because I like meeting new clients and work with them and see them make progress and help them become independent if they are able to I love to hear their old stories of when they were younger and I love to make my clients smile and show them I care for them and I am there for them if they need anything and show them I'm very honest and a loving person.I'm proud of getting DCW certified and DDD certified and my article 9 and cpr and first aid and i also have a dimentia and althimers certificate I also do insulin for diabetic clients and take vitals and administer meds and check sugar levels on diabetics to I have a background clearance card level 1 also I also have my background ran on my profile if interested in reading it I have very reliable transportation and full coverage insurance on my vechicle I love pets im a non smoker I'm very dependable and really looking to work with anyone that needs my help thank you and God bless everyone

Hi, My name is Linda. After high school I became a psychiatric tech. I worked with special needs children and adults for 10 yrs. After raising my children I became self employed and took classes and received my caregiver certificate and my CNA. I have chosen to be a caregiver because I find it rewarding and I enjoy making their days brighter and helping them to be safe and to be able to stay in their own home.I consider myself to give quality care and to be a kind, caring compassionate person. I take pride in the quality of care I give and I will care for your loved one in the same way that I would care for my parents. I have background check,first aide and CPR. They become like family. My goal is to care for your loved one and give them the quality of care that they so deserve in this point of their lives. And to do whatever they need to have done in order to keep their house in order etc. You can have peace of mind that I will make sure your loved one has Dr appointments meds. personal appointments and whatever needs taken care of so you don't have to worry when you are unable to be with them. I have worked closely with Hospice and it is very important to me to make sure the patient is kept in a peaceful, comfortable and loving environment. Update...I am now living in Casa Grande, Az. I love being a caregiver because I am a natural nurturer. I am empathetic, caring and kind. I am an excellent cook and love to please my clients! I have a lot of experience in Dementia care. I took care of my grand mother for 10 yrs, until the age of 99. I have a very special ability to build a trusting, caring and loving rapport with my clients. I have excellent work references also. Some qualities I find in myself that I believe make me a great caregiver are patience, kindness and a loving passion for helping others. I helped to care for my grandfather who was a paraplegic when my grandmother passed away. I helped him get in and out of bed every day with the help of a transfer board or hoyer lift. I also helped him with all ADL's as well as housekeeping, med reminders, and transportation. I took a CNA class at Central Az College, and passed with flying colors. I also plan on going back to school this fall to start the nursing program and to ultimately become an RN. I have been caring for elders since the age of sixteen and I am now thirty two. It is my passion to help others.
