I've been a Qualified Care Provider for over 20yrs my mother had taken sick and I was blessed to care for her till she passed away 6 yrs ago. she had congestive heart failure high blood pressure, diabetes and major depression In between caring for her I decided to foster two children for 8 yrs that I am now a proud adoptive mom! They both was diagnosed with ADHD/attention deficit also major depression. 1 yr I had a client that had 2 strokes and non verbal he had gotten really sick had to go on hospice I took care of him until he passed away he was a joy! God saw fit that caring for others was my gift to him. I'm registered and also CPR-first-aid qualified received a Certificate in Appreciation through San Bernardino County also, Certificate of Recognition from San Bernardino County. My name is Christina Lopez. I have been a caregiver for 10 plus years. I am very compassionate and love to help the elderly continue to be independent as much as they can in their own home. I have always loved helping others and enjoy spending my time with elderly. They always have such great stories from their life experiences. I was with my last patients for 7 years. In that time I grew to love them very much as if they were my own grandparents.

I am 24 years old learning how health is important and how we as CNA's can make a difference to patients and loved ones by providing a sense of security to those who may be going through a difficult time. I'm a new CNA, and I'm also a mother and someone's daughter which means that my way of providing care has come naturally. I also care for those who are the most important to me and treat them with love and respect. Soon I'll be working as a CNA and I have pledged to provide care, equality and love in the way which I would want my grandparents to be cared for. For example, being listened to, given warm culture meals and also not feeling like they're alone. I would never want an old human being to feel like no one is listening to them and I also would never want an old person to feel like no one loves them. I enjoy working with the Elderly, they are family to me! I will make sure I give them the best care all the time. To me it's not a "Job" it's more than that. I am not a CNA, I am a Medical Assistant. I have worked as a Caregiver in the past at a nursing hone and with other Caregivers Companies. My available schedule for now is 9am to 430pm. Monday through Friday. In the afternoon 7pm through 7am. May be available some weekends.

After 25 years of caregiving experience, I am convinced that this is one of my life's passions; providing care services gives me great satisfaction. I enjoy helping patients reach their highest level of functionality. My style of care provides peace of mind and solutions for those in need of caregivers for their family and friends.

I'm a patient person and very understanding, I love helping ppl that's one reason I chose this type of work, it's very self rewarding, what I enjoy the most about being a care giver is helping ppl with the most patience and affection,personal achievement I'm most proud of is sharing my time with the patient and making her feel like there's someone that cares about her and is there for her in whatever she needs.

I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others. I have a passion for caring for others. I enjoyed taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way because if I could still help my grandparents now with the experience I have now I would feel much better.
