I specialize in geriatric dementia and Alzheimers care. Every client needs to know they're truly cared for on every level with love, patience, and kindness. I enjoy learning from them ... they often have amazing histories, stories and lessons to share.I'm often with my clients for the duration of their lives.

I began my caregiven duties, with my mother back in 2014, she got sick and I began caregiving for her until she died in 2018, I began caregiving for my grandmother who passed away in 2019 it was a very rough ride for me, I learned a lot especially from my grandmother who was an RN before her passing. I enjoy being a caregiver because I want people to know that they are not alone with any physical or mental struggle that they have and that there is always someone there to help and make sure they are okay.

I started caregiver interview when I was 18 years old and loved it.

I believe that the elderly should be treated with respect, care, and offered caring assistance. My goal is to assist seniors so that they could maintain an independent lifestyle. At the same time, loved ones and family members could feel comfortable knowing that a caring person is there to help. In the past, I have worked with seniors and children with disabilities. I'll be happy to provide assistance in daily living which can include light housekeeping: sweeping, dusting, changing linen, washing dishes, etc. meal preparations, assistance in eating, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and often snacks as well. Running errands grocery shopping, pharmacy, etc. taking client to medical appointments, keeping up on my clients' hygiene, lite physical/ massage therapy or exercise routine as needed, weekly laundry. I'm a very compassionate, loving, kind-hearted, intelligent, fast learner, good listener, patient, understanding, honest & humble, as well as trustworthy. Companionship is of high importance as well. My hours of availability are limited at this time; if weekends or other hours are required it can possibly be worked out if you are located in Riverside or if there is a need for a possible live-in position. For new clients, payscale can be negotiable I take into consideration needs, driving time, etc.

I have worked as a care Provider for 15 years with the elderly.I enjoy the work because it is rewarding to me and also challenging,you get out of it what you put into it,you have to love the elderly first of all,you must be very patient and understanding,but most of all it takes alot of compassion.You are dealing with people,who have put into society,who have finally come to a point in their lives where they are in need of our help,to take care of them,and to let them know that they still do make a difference and are very important in society still. We can learn a great deal from these people and make a positive impact in their lives. ,they have alot to teach us with there wisdom and knowledge .And when you are dealing with the elderly,you are dealing with their illness also,and thats whats very important.
