My name is Arlette, My journey working with seniors started when I cared for my grandmother when she needed the help about 10 years ago. After that I noticed I enjoyed caring for the elderly and spending time with them. I love listening to their stories and learning from their experiences. I see them and treat them as my family. I like to help them get the best quality of life under their circumstances. I feel a sense of accomplishment every time it's time for me to leave their house and they have a smile on their faces. That lets me know they are happy and feel safe under my care. I have worked with people suffering from different illness like: Alzheimer's and dementia, cancer, hospice, C Diff. I like to have a good and close relationship with my client's families and work together with them. I can provide letters of recommendation if they are needed.

I am a loving caring honest passionate Christian women I've been doing in home caregiving for over 25 years I love the elderly they are my heart and my passion, helping families that are in need to care for their loved ones, I am proud of my faith and my ability to care for others. I do grocery shopping meal preparation administrative medication as well as medication reminder bathing dressing housekeeping exercise doctor's appointment running errands transferring/ Mobility blood pressure ,vitals monitoring / hospice care and much more.I'm very punctual and very reliable i go above and beyond.I am a great companion and experience with Alzheimer and Dementia clients, I'm HHA/HHP/CERTIFIED I assisted LVN,RN,I HAVE ALL THE QUALIFICATIONS CNA, I'm CPR, and FIRST AID certified.I consider my self a people person, I'm gentle very patient iv worked in assistance living's. I'm flexible. I'm covid-19 clear. I began my caregiven duties, with my mother back in 2014, she got sick and I began caregiving for her until she died in 2018, I began caregiving for my grandmother who passed away in 2019 it was a very rough ride for me, I learned a lot especially from my grandmother who was an RN before her passing. I knew then I had a heart for the work and I continue to do caregiving. My specialties are working with the Elders. I do have experience working with the hospice patience.

Since I was a child, I've loved helping other people. I enjoy working with people of all ages and circumstances. What excites me most about this position is the opportunity to help those with disabilities live happier, healthier lives. I think helping other people affects the local community positively, so I'd feel honored to accept such a vital role. I'm interested in being a caregiver because I'd like to increase the amount of care the elderly population receives. As I learned through my previous health care experience, this population often benefits from caregivers who provide companionship and who pay attention to detail. This can help improve the daily lives of this population. I'd love to be a part of that effort through this position and help improve the kind of care this group receives

I am punctual, very compassionate about what I do for people who have lost some independence from a life event. Compassion for the family involved to help lessen the burden. I like to tell stories that help the family get to know who I am and I love to hear stories from them as well. I have made Caregiving my Career and take it seriously to become highly regarded and recommended. I enjoy helping the patient and their families keep their lifestyles they have without interruption. I like seeing results so with that being said, I had achieved my series 6 & 63 license (which was a challenge for me) and was proud to present products that would get higher interest with low risk. I also did debt settlements and was happy to negotiate the lowest rate for my clients to settle. I work hard and with compassion whether your my customer, patient, friend or family member because I believe everyone needs help sometimes and I look past any obstacles getting it done.

I am a very caring considerate of others I enjoy working with the elderly cooking cleaning and being a companion so they never feel alone. My mother had her on board in here and took care of foster children and I enjoyed helping her when needed my achievement is I make people and their family happy and that makes me feel good just knowing I made a difference in someone's life

I thought it was very fulfilling that I was able to help someone when they needed the most.

My compassion got me wanting to first become a caregiver. i truly care for people especially those in need, if i can make them smile my heart sings. I am very attentive to the needs and changes that take place. i make myself aware of the emotional and or physical changes that take place with whom i am caring for. i am dependable and show up to provide the care that the person needs and is depending on. Most important i am trustworthy and will not breach that trust by taking advantage of whomever i am caring for.

I'm friendly easy going enthusiastic with a good attitude and always ready to assist the clients needs.
