I have 11+ years of hospitality experience with hotels and restaurants, but after years of feeling unfulfilled, I returned to school and began to transition into healthcare in 2019. I have a certification of completion for CNA school as well as previous CPR certification. I have been a child caregiver for 8+ years and working with elderly with disabilities for the past 2+ years. I'm very passionate about serving and helping others reach their fullest potential!

I am patient and am able to read people well. I can balance the need for independence and need for care. My approach is to provide dignity and respect. I am adaptable and not afraid of a challenge. I have compassion and empathy and insight into others needs for privacy. I enjoy caregiving because it plays to my strengths and I am often enlightened by those I care for. I have been a caregiver/provider or volunteer in the medical field since I was 10. I enjoy providing companionship and medical to all ages. I enjoy taking care of others. Knowing that I provided each individual with the best quality of care possible for that time in their journey. I'm most proud of maintaining a reputable character in the medical field in and out of homes.

Wanted to find my better traits when I started giving back to others, making myself more aware of the ageing process and what can be expected. I connect with people that I can help out as it opens my eyes and heart in different ways. Listening to others life stories how they may differ through the ages and yet how similar they may be. Gaining not only new personal experiences but friendships from clients to family members.

I put a lot of heart and passion into what i do, I have been a caregiver for 12 years and have learned a lot about people. I try to understand what the client is going through, try to understand there emotions and feelings. I give my clients love, and friend ship.

I have always been close to my elderly family as a young child .As I got older I would volunteer with my friends family to help them and I took care of my Uncle Rudy after his stroke .This is when I New my next calling after his passing was to continue to help the Senior in my community as I have now for HISC for going on 5 yrs.I am very compassionate and they come first,Family's have asked for me by name after having me once they ask for me to be their care giver. I'm always a half hr, early so not to be late , I have a 100 percent respect from my bosses Buck and Tonya Shaw the owners of HISC Buck said I'm the whole package. I am trustworthy, honest , never call in unless I go to Dr, and they say with note I'm contagious. I work wonderful with others , team player,I speed walk every night I'm in great health, Mother of two adult daughters, I just got Divorced , my choice Thank you. And just moved in with my oldest daughter here in Jackson ,She just recently became a widow and asked me to live up here with her .

I have worked as a CNA and facility and also private in-home care. I have been doing this type of work for about five years. I recently also became a certified Emergency medical responder. I am working on getting my EMT license as well. I have worked with all different types of elderly care patients and do you have other references if you would like to see them.

There are many reason's that I have become a caregiver. One major reason is because I love helping and taking care of people. I believe caregiving is one of the most rewarding jobs out in the work force. You learn so many new things about not just people but daily living everyday. You realize how different people are and the different needs that need to be meet for certain people. You also learn what unconditional love is. When you start doing a job like caregiving the person you are providing care for soon become like family. You usually spend a majority of time caring for them and there personal need you start sharing many different things. I also really enjoy listening to all the stories and adventures my recipients have been on. I am a very compassionate and loving person. I always put others needs before myself and like to make sure that there well taken care of. I am also very professional and responsible.

I am a nursing major that is new to the area, been in the cargiving field for 10 years, I work very well with everyone. I am kind and and a hard worker, I learn very quickly especially on my toes
