In high school I studied Allied Health Science and later became a Nursing Assistant. I loved it. Every day was a new challenge and completing each challenge was its own reward. Although I would have to say that. I thought it was awesome that a gentleman stopped me in the grocery store to tell me thank you for saving his life. He said continuing to do CPR until help arrived although everyone else walked away saved his life. All I could do was think about how bad felt knowing that guy died

Having over 11+ yrs of experience of being a professional Personal Care Aide, in home & live in facilities , as well, I've worked with dementia patients as well as others who just needed a caring hand, and I'm a VERY compassionate person who is responsible and reliable. Working as a caregiver has been apart of me since 2014. I get the job done, do a great job at what I do and don't mind getting the job done. I became a caregiver because I took care of my great grandmother until she passes at the age of 94 years old. Right then I knew that this was my field. I took in my grandmother in which she is 75 years old and still living with me to help better my career.
