I have been in the Healthcare 15+ years. I take great pride in what I do. I recently worked at St. Johns in Mars for 7 years. I love working with the elderly, sick, dementia & all phases pertaining to health field. I have experience with dementia, ventilator patients, alzheimers etc..I get such joy helping & caring for all types of health related illnesses. I am a wife and mom of 4. My first caregiving experience was almost 16 years ago taking care of my mom, along with an infant, a 3 yr old, and a 7 yr old, when she had terminal cancer. I took care of my dad until he passed away in 2020. And for the last 5 years I also took care of my elderly neighbors. I've been told that I'm a born nurturer, and I just love taking care of people.

What drove me to be a passionate caregiver, was the influence of my mother and how she effected many families lives. Although, I have 2.5 years experience legally working as a caregiver/nurses aide, I have had experience going to work with my mother in my early years of high school. Also, I have many family members/close family friends who have struggled with disabilities, such as Alzheimer's, dementia, healing from surgeries, MR, paralyzed, in wheel chairs, anxiety, cancer, and depression. So including all of those, I have years upon years of experience. I have my own vehicle/drivers license/ etc. so I would be available to provide transportation. I would be a great caregiver for you and your family because I have a GREAT passion for helping/Caring for others, and making them comfortable no matter the situation. I started taking care of her from 2012 until 2014 when she lost the battle and passed. Then my grandmother ended up taking a turn for the worse, and I took care of her from 2014 until 2016 when she passed away. I'm a very loving, and caring person. I qm currently an LPN. Before that I was a private caregiver. The reason I became a caregiver was growing up I was also raised with the help of my grandparents. Both of them had health issues and I always helped take care of them. It made me realize that helping people was something I wanted to do. My personal achievement was working as a caregiver is what put me through LPN school.

I am a very caring person and get along with all ages. I have worked in the medical field for 15 yrs and dealt with young teens to the elderly. I treat each person as if they were one of my own family members taking into consideration their needs. I just love being around people.
