I became a CNA in 1997 when my aunt was in a nursing home. I saw all the folks that needed love and care and thought I would give it a try. Well 2014 I am still a caregiver and can not imagine doing anything else. I have worked in Long Term Care, Home Health Agencies , Group Homes and private duty. My favorite being private duty with one on one care. I love helping people with their everyday needs and try to put some spice in their life by taking them out or offering fun activities in the home. I am willing to travel away from home, currently all my clients are in Centre County.

I am a caregiver with limited experience, however I bring empathy, dedication, and passion to every one of my positions in healthcare. I knew that I wanted to pursue a job in a health related field when I had seen my grandfather grow very ill due to a terminal cancer near the end of his life. I assisted with his care up until he had passed, which those experiences I am sure to never forget.
