Am a patient , compassionate and deeply sympathetic caregiver whose main goal is to provide the utmost care to seniors in their twilight years . I find pleasure in serving seniors at the same l time l enjoy the connections l build and foster with the families.My most profound achievement is when l nursed a diabetic male widower back to health. Even though he sadly passed on 3 months later but l was happy he died without the affliction of being lonely all the time and he gifted a car for all the work l had done with him and for him .

I feel I would best work this position or any giving because I have great people's skills. I love taking care of kids and adults are not as bad. I have a 69 Year old uncle who's retired and had me get the feel of a Care Giver. I would run strands, Make food, Bathe him, Played music and watched tv with him for hours . What I enjoyed most was how he'll sit and talk to me about his past and things I never knew about. I could keep my uncle smiling and laughing all day. I don't have much experience except taking care of him in the health care field it lasted 2 years on and off though because I also have 2 kids.

I'm a great caregiver for these reasons, I'm dependable,punctual,eager to learn,eager to help, I get alone with any and everyone,including pets.I was created for this field.I have compassion for what I do & also for the seniors I help. I am also a medical assistant. I love my career with such a passion that I knew at a young girl I wanted &needed to be in the medical field. I love been a helping hand to somsomeone that needs, or don't mind my help. I'm also a companion,friend to whomever I assist but we also become family from the time we spend together.I get to know who they are and they also get to know me.I TRULY LOVE WHAT I DO! I am a genuine person. I'm asked ?, how do I go out and beyond, honestly I don't I'm only doing a job I'm in love with. I want to assist the client and their families to maintain some normalcy in their lives. We (client, family, myself)change each other's lives. I don't consider my career a job as I love for I do. My reward doing what I love is the smiles I put on others face and the satisfaction of keeping my client safe, happy healthy, mobile and young, regardless of age or disability

It is not my favorite job, but I Really enjoy working with hospice. I am bubbly and friendly and get along well with most people. A lot of people are afraid of working with hospice, but I enjoy learning about them and their lives. I have also helped my own family die after taking them into my home. I really mean it when I say that I will treat them as my own family.

I have over 20 years of experience as a caregiver. Am trained in Alzheimer's and Dementia care. My goal is to enhance the quality of life for the clients I work with. Very passionate, patient and understanding about the work I do.

To me I view caregiving more of a calling than a career and that's what I decided to major in nursing course that way I'll be able to reach out to many. I developed passion in caregiver after taking care of my ailing grandma who just passed on a few weeks ago....bless her soul. I got so attached to her and the smile and joy I put on her face while walking the journey of illness with her, made me want to do more by giving back to the society. I became a caregiver because, I like taking care of the elder as I use to do for my grandmother.
