Hey there, My name is Melody DeGrave and I live in Green Bay. I am currently a Certified Medical Assistant/LPN. I previously worked as a CNA for 7 years in Nursing homes, assisted living facilities, Rehab facilities and Disabled homes. I have been a nurse for 5 years at Aurora Healthcare working as a float nurse in OB/GYN, behavioral health, pediatrics, family practice and internal medicine. I recently started a new position with St Elizabeth hospital in the heart and lung unit. I previously took care of a paraplegic man in his home for 3 years with a hoyer lift. I would go to his home every morning before work and give him a shower/ get him ready for the day and give him any meds or apply any topicals he may have needed. I loved doing this, I am capable and I am more than willing to help where help is needed. I currently work Monday-Thursday 830:430. I would be willing to help any times outside of those hours. I worked as a CNA for 16 yrs (3 years as a PCW) until I went back to school for my associates in Medical Administration. I went into the field as I love taking care of others. I find it to be very rewarding, like no other career. Helping others with daily life skills, no matter what it is, brings joy to my life. Knowing I make a difference feels good. I am very professional as I have worked in the field for such a long time. I am sensitive to a person's needs as well. It is very important to me to that the client/patient is taken care of as well. At some point in our lives we all will require help. It is so important that we remember this as we care for another in need. I am looking to work the overnight shift 2-3 nights per week or 5-6 shifts in a 2-week pay period. I am available to work between 7p-9a. I am also willing to work longer shifts up to 15 hours per shift. I would like to stay around 30 per week as I am enrolled in an online Medical Transcription course presently.

I am a very caring and compassionate person. I love making people feel valued and respected. All to often family members leave their loved ones in a nursing home and never look back. I feel it important to spend your last year's of life 2ith a purpose and value. I specialize in hospice care and I have training in all spectrums of care from mild to severe. I have dementia training. My primary goal is to leave a person feeling value and appreciation. I always love to hear someone's life story I feel they become part of me and my hope is they can live on through me in some way.

Hi there, my name is Jennifer. I'm 24 years old from Seymour Wisconsin. I currently live in Hobart Wisconsin. I started care giving when I was 15 years old when I started helping take care of numerous people in my family. I didn't fully start care giving on a professional level until I was 18 years old. I really do enjoy care giving , I always have. Being able to help someone with something they are no longer able to do themselves , or just even being able to make someone's day better with my help or just by my company, makes me happy. I have completed all my basic CBRF trainings. And just through the years it has gave me a great deal of knowledge and experience to assist me on a daily basis with my work.

I have always had the passion for helping people,realizing that i could achieve that through been a Certified Home Health aide i quickly enrolled in a class in order to gain more knowledge and skills in working with the elderly. I love every aspect of the Care giving job. Working with the elderly helps you know more stuff about life. It is fun to know you are able to help some one through different activities of daily living it feels like an inner joy and passion fulfilled. Through my years of working as a care giver i have had recommendations from clients family members to pursue nursing because of the nature in which i work. I work with love and care.

This is something that I have genuinely loved to do ever since I can remember. I never get tired of nurturing those who need help. I have incredible patience, a calming presence, and a deep respect for the elderly.

I find caregiving extremely rewarding and thats why I have done it for over 20 years now. The bond you create with the individual/individuals you are assisting is one that can never be replaced. You spend so much time together you literally become family. I became a CNA at the age of 16 and thats where my heart truly belongs.
