What makes me a good caregiver is i like to sit down and listen to the individual and the family to find out their concerns and fears and how they want things to be. I respect all rights and will not over step my boundary. I'm a good listener and companion. I became a care giver after taking care of my grandma while she battled with cancer. It was a hard and emotional time but after she passed. I learned that we became closer and during that hard time we also had many good times. So in the end results i became a care giver to become a companion and to help others when help is needed.

I first became a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2001 after my first child was born. I then realized the joy I had while caring for individuals and learned to love what I did. The one on one care with individuals is the best, especially when I see their faces light up when I walk into their room. It makes me feel and know without a shadow of a doubt that I am doing my job correctly. I've learned to have patience and my compassion and empathy have increased tremendously. I have continued my knowledge with an associates in Medical Assisting. My next goal is to continue my education and receive my BSN. I currently am not working and stay at home with. I have four kids now and a loving fiance that supports my dreams in becoming a nurse.

Since I was a little girl taking care of my grandmother I knew I was ment to take care of people . I enjoy helping and finding solutions for families who need help . I have worked in assisted living facilities. I am also an IHSS provider . Providing care for your love ones is my greatest acmoplishment . I insure there safety , and improve the quality of life . I take pride in my work with seniors and developmentally disabled Adults .

The thing that makes me a great care given is that I'm a very loving compassionate and patient person I've been a CNA for over 17 years and wouldn't change it for nothing in the world I've experienced all different types of walks of life in this profession the most rewarding thing about my job is the feeling that I have made someone's day a little easier

I am very friendly and patient , I enjoy talking with people . And a very good listener. I was introduced to it years ago, by chance . I meant Sybil Brand years ago while working as a summer model when I was a teenager. She asked me if I could be a Companion and Driver to her Husband Harry . It was a summer Job , 50 years later after working Clerical Work . My Daughter was killed in a car crash. After staying home for 6 Years I decided I wanted to work , so I apply with a agency Beverly Hills , I was hired by Miss Watson . I enjoy and get alone with people in general . but I am very intuitive to older people always have been . That I raised 2 wonderful daughters. And had a wonderful Marriage , also that i always had wonderful employers . I am willing to give my best no matter what it is . I cared for my husband when he was very sick , and it was the best thing ever . And i also kept Miss Watson Dog alive for 3 years longer by helping him regain his hind quarters with soup make with glucosamine , well before it was given to pets.

Because i do have passion of caring and love taking care of others. Giving the best of my services to others. healing a pressure sore from a bedriding patient which could not be done while my patient was in Hospital ! I am an honest man,God`s fearfull Man,respectful and love people

My caregiver experience started with my Dad in 1992 when he was Diagnosed with Parkinsons passing in 1993. I wanted to further my healthcare experience and went to Medical/Dental Administration. After graduating the school sent me to a Chiropractic office, but I soon found out I was more of a hands-on- person. I really enjoyed the personal aspect of the job more than the paperwork. In 2003 I moved my Mother in with me so she wouldnt be alone...diagnosed with Cardiovascular Disease passing in 2009. I really enjoy and think its a privilege to be part of a persons life who has so much life experience. I have high morals and try to keep them with prayer daily. Amen

I am a well rounded people person i get along with very one i dont like to be put in any harm way for any thing.what mad made become a caregiver was when my father got sick and he needed help at home and i didn't want any one working for my father because he had tooking care of me all the years he have given this world and i felt like I had to be there for him like he was there for me in my life. I enjoy my job because i love when i hear diffrent stories from people and what thay have become and what they did for there families and i feel that they gave all there time and health for people like me to become better in life Im just happy that someone can use my help when they need it
