I became a care giver,because I love helping people,care giving gives me the chance to help the families out with problems,care when they are short with help,and I can help them in other ways too.Helping people feel like people,and care for them,better than a nursing home can do,and save them money too. I'm 59 yrs old,5'7,divorced,own my own property my 80 yr dad lives with me,he is now better,that I changed his doctor,She had him on medicines that were making his heart slow down,and swelling of his legs,and weeping,due to on warfin too long.Now that he is off,he is much better. I am looking for light housekeeping and companion work only no heavy lifting at all looking to stay in the Hudson Route 52 New Port Richey area I won't go to Holiday and I'm going to go to Spring Hill just the local areas and if it's local it's like $10 an hour instead of 15 I have my own vehicle background check went through okay I don't drink smoke or do drugs and I drive I also do pet sitting for seniors

I currently work as a CNA at the Health Center of Lake City. I enjoy helping others and knowing I am making a difference in ones life. I became a caregiver to make others lives easier, and make others feel that they still have a purpose in life. I make the best out of all situations and live to make others smile. It makes me happy to know that I make a difference in anothers life. I am currently enrolled in Florida Gateway College and plan to strive in the health field.

My Mother's breast cancer came back and she was terminal. She could no longer care for my disabled Father, so I stepped in to help with cleaning, meal prep, and Dr. appointments. I enjoyed getting to know my parents better until their passing. We had a lot of laughs and hard conversations as well. I became a CNA a year and a half into caring for my parents part time. I was a carpenter by trade and decided on a career change.I have taken care of other patients privately. In the five years that I have been a CNA, I have become quite an advocate for the disabled and enjoy searching for resources to their betterment. I am a married mother of two grown daughters. I enjoy the outdoors and the theater. I have compassion for people in general.. I love to hear their stories and share ideas and experiences of my own. I care for people the way I would want to be treated.

I am a mother of 2 and a loving wife. I work hard and love what I do. I look at life as a gift. I believe every day life is a gift and everyone should be treated and loved like it's your last.
