I became a care giver,because I love helping people,care giving gives me the chance to help the families out with problems,care when they are short with help,and I can help them in other ways too.Helping people feel like people,and care for them,better than a nursing home can do,and save them money too. I'm 59 yrs old,5'7,divorced,own my own property my 80 yr dad lives with me,he is now better,that I changed his doctor,She had him on medicines that were making his heart slow down,and swelling of his legs,and weeping,due to on warfin too long.Now that he is off,he is much better. I am looking for light housekeeping and companion work only no heavy lifting at all looking to stay in the Hudson Route 52 New Port Richey area I won't go to Holiday and I'm going to go to Spring Hill just the local areas and if it's local it's like $10 an hour instead of 15 I have my own vehicle background check went through okay I don't drink smoke or do drugs and I drive I also do pet sitting for seniors

I have 25 plus years of experience working with the elderly in nursing homes, assisted living, and private homes. I am dependable and always on time. I am a people person, nurturing, caring, and giving. I love to help others especially the elderly achieve their daily goals of living a comfortable life by being able to take care of their activities of daily living. I treat my clients as family, and friends and look forward to my visits with them. I have done clerical jobs in the past but, I always come back to caregiver jobs because, it is what I enjoy, and love the most.

I am always on my feet, I'm walkways wanting to help others and understand others just as much as I want others to do the same for me. I'm very open, I'm dedicated. Wanting to be a caregiver was unexpected for me, it was something that I felt like I could learn from until I wanted to be a CNA. The main thing I enjoy about caregiving is the ability to be present and being able to see and hear a store from a resident or someone who is bed bound, they tend to always have a story. Being able to help someone period just makes me happy. Personally I feel like I haven't achieved anything due to distraction in life. I always tend to work hard and can never make time for my life but I do have a list of things that WILL be achieved and I WILL be proud.

I am a 34 years old mother of 5, i have a chronically ill son myself so i am familiar with many tasks of helping and taking care of special needs and or many health issues. I love people and love helping with their everyday needs of life, i have worked in childcare for over 15 years where i have completed many tasks and went above and beyond for others. I was a nanny when i was a teenager helping with special needs and children with physical/mental health diagnosis, i am very loving, caring, compassionate and love what i do....helping others! I am cpr/first aid certified.

Traits that help me be a great caregiver is that I'm sweet, gentle, very understanding and I have patience. What attracted me to become a caregiver is that I just love to help people. No matter if their young or elderly that's always been something that I've always been good at. What I enjoy about being a caregiver is making people feel like it's not the end of the world, seeing people smile and making them feel better on their worse days.

I have ten years of experience working with dementia patients. For the past two years I worked with patients recovering from Bi lateral osteotomy. I enjoy working with Veterans. 2022 I was nominated for best caregiver of the year.

I have always loved helping people with anything and everything they possibly needed help with. I became a CNA because I love helping and making people smile. Letting them know that I am always here as a helping hand and a loving friend.
