I am a certified caregiver for 20 plus years, nonactive LPN. I have experience with long term care, group home, hospice care, private home and live in care. I am a certified Medication trainer, as well as managing facilities and Activities. I have devoted myself to caring for others as it is my personal passion. What makes me a good caregiver is I take pride in my work, I take care of your loved ones just as you would expect. I see my clients as I would my own family. What attracted me to become a caregiver the last 6 years is when I was little girl my grandmother needed more help around the house and full filling her regular routine. Growing up my father needed the same help as he was bed bound I refused to let him go to a nursing home so I made sure to help him in anyway I could. The main thing that I enjoy most about being a caregiver is knowing that families loved ones are being taken care of and not being neglected or abused. It makes me feel whole that I can bring light back into someone's life wether it be just providing companionship or making my clients feel they are not alone. One of my biggest personal achievements I am proud of would be being a mom, taking care of my kids and also having the extra passion to take care of someone else warms my heart.

I am very caring and compassionate person who values familly. I'm a proud mother of four adult children and one teenager daughter whom I adopted when she was two years old. What attracted me to being a caregiver was my mother becoming ill. Although I live thousands of miles away at very short notice I was able to quickly arrange for my daughter and I to immediately travel to care for my mother. Caring for others brings me joy and great satisfaction. Over the past 20 years or so I have been called on by friends and others in my community to look after their parents, assiting with child care, providing transportation to doctors appointments , grocery shopping and house keeping services, etc. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is making others feel safe and important. One personal achievement that I am proud of is adopting my daughter. Being able to love and care for someone without exception or reservation and making them feel loved like family and safe.

Everyone I come in contact with loves to talk with me! I'm a very energetic person with lots of smiles. I provide care to others when they can't help themselves. I love what I do and have a passion for what I do. I like to make a difference in other people's life. Myself I believe the love and care you give to other person represents who you are as a person. I'm very dependable and I have no problem with working a lot of hours when needed, I'm always available. As many years as I have been a nursing assistant I have never had someone say anything negative about me. My bosses have always had great things to say about me as a person and an employee as well as my co workers too. I own my own vehicle with insurance and can do anything I am asked. I have experience in hospital,nursing Home, assisted living, and home care settings. I have experience Cath removal and insert as well as oxygen tanks tubing and all equipment. I have cared for patient with diabetes and checking sugar and reminding and administrating medication to patients. I have great references and work history if needed. I'm also FIRST AID/CPR certified and I have just finished Medical Assisting classes, will be taking the state test this year as well.

Hello, My name is Pavielle my Personality traits that help me be a great caregiver is my patience im a mother of 6 so it comes naturally with the daily tasks. Im also a very compassionate. I also have a great sense of human as well. When I was 23 my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and I was with her every step of the way as her caregiver which made fall in love with the caregiving field because I love to help others. To be able to be the person that someone accepts help from is an honor because I know it's often hard to accept help. I love being able to give back and help someone that is not able to care for themselves or there family.One thing I am currently in the process of achieving is getting my Associates degree. I love people and I am very outgoing and dependable.
