1. What actually makes me a great caregiver is my willingness to serve others and I believe it's my calling. 2. I became a caregiver because, I have great compassion for individuals in need of personal one on one care. 3. Their are several reasons why I like being a caregiver. The first reason is that I am able to be there for individuals that are in need of help. Another reason I enjoy being a caregiver is because, my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer and after the cancer she went into remission. Shortly afterwards, she was diagnosed with dementia. Recently she was diagnosed with Parkinson. I eventually had to move her into my home and I realized how self fulfilling and rewarding it is to serve others with sincere humility. I feel that as a caregiver each individuals that I care for should receive the best of care, compassion, and the best quality of care that life has to offer. 4. My most greatest achievement is yet to come because, I'm looking to achieve more tomorrow than I have today. Life is a lifelong learning process and when you think that you have achieved your greatest achievement there is still room left for more improvement.

Empathy, I strive to treat all my patients/clients the way I would like to be treated by others. I put the needs of my clients first and strive to meet their needs and put a smile on each of my clients face. I feel happy when my clients smile and are happy. Hi, I'm Tasha, I am looking forward to working with amazing people. I have been in health care my entire life in one way or another. I have worked im nursing homes, assisted living and in private homes. I have cared for people "from the cradle to the grave". I have worked with people with different degrees of mental, physiological and developmental status. I love conversation, I learn so much by just conversing. I believe that, if one wants to, any encounter can be a learning experience. I treat those I care for (clients), as I would treat anyone I cared for (family, friends). As a client, you are someone's "something" parent, child, spouse, sibling, etc. And you, as a person, are worthy of positive interactions, relationships, and a quality of life. My job is to relate that to you, in action and in thought. You have a right to be the person you were meant to be. You are the only one in control, you know your wants and desires, who am I to judge you, or talk against you and your wishes. I am not saying that EVERYTHING you want will be handed to you, but..is it really a big deal if you have dessert before or after a meal? I've worked with a lot of people (cradle to the grave) who have others put "demands" and "ought toos" and "shouldn't haves" on their loved ones. With moderation, does it really matter if the shower is given day or at night? Pending other plans, but, my life has been a struggle, why complicate it more with unnecessary "demands" all the time. I hope our time together will be meaningful and we can learn something new from each other along the way.

My husband and our 4 children just moved out here to this area about a year ago for his job at Lockheed Martin. We have 3 beautiful 11 year old daughters and 1 very handsome 14 year son. We are very family oriented and love the Lord very much. I am currently a Pharmacy Technician, but I also have many years of experience loving the elderly as my own family and I hope I can show your family member love too.

my grandmother is my inspiration for doing what i do..giving care i love doing what God has given me the skills to do in caring for all in need of care... i have not only been a certified nUrse aide for 20 years but as well finished pharmacy tech with i v mixture certification 2006 and phlembotomy certified 2015 i am a happy person ...have traveled outside of USA and looking forward to doing so again ..give all glory to GOD (keeping Him 1st) just love people i cant stress it enough how much i enjoy taking care of anyone in need( especially my elders i highly respect) note(holidays pay time and a half*)
