My husband and our 4 children just moved out here to this area about a year ago for his job at Lockheed Martin. We have 3 beautiful 11 year old daughters and 1 very handsome 14 year son. We are very family oriented and love the Lord very much. Growing up being the oldest of 6 siblings I had to be the caregiver due to my mother working long hours as a nurse. In my adult life I've had many jobs but no fulfillment until I started caring for others. I found my purpose and calling. I truly enjoy/ love being a caregiver it brings so much joy and self gratification. My mother played a big part of why I love being a caregiver. seeing the love, she gave, and the return love played a big roll. I love the one on one personalized care I can give and I am able to tailor meals/nutrition, social, mental, emotional, physical stimulation according to the person's preferences. Most importantly to allow the person to stay in their familiar environment/home for as long as possible. I love the stories and words of wisdom the folks have to share. I have been raised by my grandmother and have been with her until she passed away. She has a hip replacement and I was taking care of her all the time and I loved doing it. That's why I become a caregiver,because I am a very compassionate person who is caring and very responsible. I love talking Care of people specially for the elderly and sick one. And wherever I went to work with, patient and their families really appreciate what I do and they let my employer know, and I was very proud of myself.
