I started Caregiving over 25 years ago. I have always enjoyed assisting clients. I have worked in home health care, private duty, and caregiving facilities. My roles included caregiver, Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A), Med Tech and Supervisor, and Nursing Assistant Educator. Due to my passion for caregiving, I became a Registered Nurse in 2012. As a registered Nurse, I traveled to patients' homes, wrote Care Plans, and trained and tested Nursing Assistants. I have spent the last few years homeschooling and raising my children. I miss caregiving and ready to start my career again. Even though I am Registered Nurse, I am interested in a caregiver role. I want to spend time with my clients. I enjoy helping clients where needed, while understanding independence is essential. I love the development of a relationship with my clients and families in whatever way they build. My personality includes empathy, patience, and kindness. I like to be on time and take my work seriously. When I am not caregiving, I enjoy paddle boarding, skating, hiking, camping, guitar, and life.

I chose to return to school and receive my nursing assistant license, because I enjoy taking care of others, and it just felt like the right fit. Helping the disabled or the elderly is a passion of mine. I never thought that I could put a smile on someone's face until I became a caregiver.
