Ever-since being introduced to this career, I have acquired the passion and enthusiasm into taking care of, not only seniors, but people of all age groups who desperately require care and assistance and having to make them feel secure and happy in their own environment, homes and communities and making an impact in their lives so that they may get through each day with comfort and peace. I have taken care of several patients in the past from which I have had many different experiences with, which involved bathing, laundry, toilet assistance, hoyer lift, meal preparation, feeding, using feeding machine, medication, doctor/nurse visits, dental appointments and moreso with hospice cases.

Ive been a caregiver the majority of my adult life...i was fortunate to have a husband who was the primary provider, allowing me to make a home for our family. Im a taditional wife and took complete care of our family. Im a clean housekeeper, anExcellent cook, and a nurturing is my passion. Im kind, and patient,and very compassionate. Im Cheerful and funny, there has never been a shortage of laughter in my home; i miss that now that my kids are grown.. I enjoy the little thing life has to offer...such as the sunrise or the dew on the roses in the morning, the cooing of a newborn baby or the stories told by the elderly.. i also do not shy away from household chores, i feel lkke the homes i work in better look cleaner when i leave ,than they do when i arrive...im not one to leave things undone. I provide personalized care for each client, working closely with family members to ensure the very best care for everyone. I treat each client with the same respect and dignity I would demand for my own family. I can provide references upon request.

I am a very outgoing caregiver and I always feel as if I can fit anyones personality! I didn't expect to be a caregiver but once I got into it I absolutely love taking care of my clients and their needs. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is making a connection and companionship with my clients. My personal achievement I am proud of is almost never calling off work except for one time when I got into an accident and then went back to work after everything was settled that day, my patients are my priority.

Greetings! I am retired from the medical field as well as grew up in a medical family. I have experience with caring for others with different comorbidities. I am patient and caring as well as very respectful. In my free time I enjoy playing with my grandkids, geocaching and hiking, and flying. I've lived in Alaska for 31 years and have no plans to ever leave. My husband is retired Air Force so I do have base access as a dependent/spouse. I also have reliable transportation.
