CG for about 12 years. I help them with assistant daily living, medication, check sugar, inject insulin, companionship, cooking and yard work, doc appointment, some errands, light housekeeping.

I was attracted to being a caregiver after taking care of my mom whom passed from colon cancer. I've been working in this field now for over 30 years and I get a joy out of helping others.I became a caregiver after completing school in 1989 . I immediately began to work in my profession.I like being a caregiver because the Heavenly Father has blessed me to have a love for it.I'm 50 years of age I'm a minister, I'm a wife and a mother. I have a love for people and respond to them well, I'm trustworthy as well as dependable. My job is to give each client the best quality of care as I assist them to achieve all of their daily activities.

I have found that my passion/calling is to care for the elderly and/or individuals, who can't do so for themselves. My heart is overwhelmed with genuine happiness when providing care and/or maintaining a personal relationship with each resident, client, and/or patient. I sincerely love fulfilling my heart's desires & passion by providing care, love, companionship, friendship, and even medical care to individuals; resulting in them having a sense of peace, as they go through life changes and having to deal with situations that may be unfamiliar. I am most definitely proud of a personal achievement in my life pertaining to my husband (who was diagnosed with late stages of Testicular cancer twice)! After receiving a prognosis of 18 months, I decided to further my education & resources, in hopes to find more options....and I did! After nearly 2 years, he is now in remission & cancer-free! This is not to boast about what I did, but instead the 'determination, drive, & passion', that I was blessed with. I will ALWAYS go above & beyond in providing the best care for clients & their family members! I believe there is always room for growth and in order to do so, you must first humble yourself to what you were called to do, whatever that may be!

The most thing I love about helping people in need is that I want them to be happy where they're comfortable at which is home and make them feel like they have nothing to worry about as long as I'm there by they're side and knwing they trust me to help them with they're daily needs.
