I am a care giver at heart! I have always been the nurturer of the family. I have 17+ yrs experience with caring for the elderly. 13 of those years specializing in Alzheimer's and dementia care. I learned from my previous residents' that it's important to have a sense of humor in this field of work, which I can think I'm a comedian some days! I never knew this work was meant for me until it just fell into my lap one day and was told by many I was a natural. I find it very rewarding seeing my patient's happy, see someone relieved of their pain, or just making that special bond or friendship after earning their trust. Whether it be just for a moment in each day, to see that I made my patient's life a little bit easier for them-makes caregiving so worthwhile. Something I have achieved would be staying in this field of work for so many years. There are people that simply aren't capable of doing the "dirty work" that comes with the job title. I can admit sometimes there will be "bad days,"but will always realize that at the end of the day- the good outweighs the bad....

I am a great listener and genuinely care about people. I will listen to clients issues, no matter what they are and treat them with compassion and respect. I am outgoing and easy to get along with, as well as driven and motivated. I became a caregiver when my neighbors hired me as their babysitter. They also owned a caregiving businesss and offered me a job, which I ended up being really enjoying.

Hello I'm Rebecca! I am 20 years old, and absolutely love Colorado! I adore caring for the elderly, and even making friends with them. I have a deep passion for the medical field, and for helping others. When my grandma started declining in her health, I knew it was my calling to help all the elderly. It gives me a meaning to be at work, it creates a job I don't need a vacation from! I just had my first baby May 23rd! Prior to that I was working at Jackson creek senior living. I absolutely loved my job there and am very excited to start my new journey with this company!

I believe it is essential to have patience when working with the elderly. When the well-being of an elderly individual depends on your presence you need to be there. Compassionate, supportive, supportive, and creative are all very helpful as well. I grew up with my mother and grand mother both working in the hospital as ICU nurses. My first real job was a caregiver at a small assisted living center. I absolutely fell in love caring for the elderly.

I am a dedicated CNA with over 11 years of experience. After working extensively in nursing/rehabilitation units, I transitioned to live in care. I love being a caregiver because it allows more people to remain in their own homes. I am a quiet person upon meeting someone but once I get to know them, it's always a wonderful experience. I love learning about their lives and hobbies. I'm an avid reader and I love to travel. Although I'm centrally located in one area, I am free to travel to whoever is a good match and needs the help.

I enjoy all kinds of activities Music is a huge passion of mine I play 4 instruments and am actively learning another 3 History is one of my favorite subjects to listen about Listening to patients talk about their lives is the greatest joy to me I am always delighted to learn a new card game! or new hobby/skill from my clients I am also happy to offer things like exercising, bathing, and restroom use with the peace of mind of having someone capable of holding large capacities of weight. I am able to easily squat 320lbs and deadlift over 400lbs+. I've learned in my experience that can be a peace of mind that can come included if need be. My vehicle is a 2012 4Runner - It is not far off the ground and does provide comfortable seating. I am big on communication and see that a majority of people require transportation. I also am as well a person who is proud of my cooking skills and ability to make meals with a series of dietary restrictions or requests as needed.
