Hello , my name is kendra I been a caregiver for over 6 years now and I love it . I love the people I have met and got a chance to take care and help out over the years . Why I started being a caregiver because I always loved to help out people in need and seeing the smile on their faces and their loved one because they know their loved one is in good hands and is getting that love and support they need . I'm a very outgoing person and love to see everyone around me happy , I don't like to sit in one spot I always move around because it's always work to be done . One of my personal achievements is motivating that client to do something they think they cannot do because they either think their too old or just because they have a disability. My motto is to never give up just keep going and you'll be surprised what all you can do that you thought you wouldn't be able to do .

Caregiving is my passion!I love the smile you see on their face when you help someone! I enjoy their conversations the most. I took care of my own dad for 5 years so I'll treat my patient as they are my family!

What makes me a great caregiver is my experience, work ethic, compassion and love for the medical field. Growing up I helped my grandmother take care of my grandfather. I enjoy the satisfication of helping someone in need.

I have been a Certified Nursing Aide for 10 years. I have currently been employed with Brandon Nursing and Rehabilitations, since April 2016. What I enjoy most about being a CNA is that I'm helping the people who needs help with their daily care/living. I enjoy making my clients happy and keeping a smile on their faces. A personal achievement I'm proud of is that I'm almost finish with college.

I love taking care of people, when I was 11 my grandmother tought me how to give her shots and I decided when I grew I was going to be a nurse. Something i enjoy most about being a care giver is taking care of patients who need one on one care and giving them the best care and being a companion. Working in the healthcare field is one of the best decisions that I could have made. I have been licensed now for 13 years and i have worked consecutively through the previous years until now. My hourly wage can vary depending on the needs of the client.I really enjoy working as a Certified Nursing Assistant, i learned how my natural personality can be used in my career field. I've always been a warm spirit person and I love interacting with people. I've always been a genuinely friendly person that enjoys conversing with others and helping others. So, I went into this field without a second thought and without contemplation from day one. At first, I just wanted a career until I realized that it was so many wonderful things that i would later experience and encounter along the way and that's when it became not only a profession but a passion. I've been in the same positions that some of my patients and residents are in which make you more understanding and compassionate when you're helping others. Over the years i learned that what i enjoy most is making others happy and comfortable no matter what the circumstances are i just learned to find the good in things and help others to see it also, even when they're in a position that they may feel that's hard to do. There has never been any type of patients or residents that i could not provide for as long as the proper healthcare essentials are available for whatever their situations might be. One of my personal achievements is that I never gave up and i grew better and learned a lot of things within my field and made memories that I honestly will cherish forever within my heart . I will end by saying that i gained a lot of wisdom and patience from my clients that i will carry for the rest of my life and will be useful within my life out in the working world. Dedicating myself for a better cause made good at what i do and i'm so grateful.
