HELLO, my name is Tiara . I've been a nurse aide for about 7years now . I love my work I love helping and being there for other people . Being the oldest on both sides of the family I have a lot of younger siblings that I used to always take care of . And it had its battles but I've grown to love doing it , which led me to helping the elderly . Also my aunt is a RN . So she played a part in wanting me to do nursing . What I love most about being a caregiver is seeing the smiles on residents faces when you talk to them or ask them questions about their life growing up . I've got alot of really cool answers and learned alot . My personal achievement im proud of was becoming a caregiver . I mean it speaks for itself.

I have 19 years of experience in the medical field and work with clients in their home, nursing home and hospital setting.

Some things about me and why I became a care giver. I love to give a helping hand to someone who needs it. When I help others it teachs me new ways to view life. Being a caregiver isn't just being a helper its about being a friend and a good listener also being able to understand how others view life and what makes them smile and what makes them happy. I hire and train caregivers on a case by case basis to specialize in allowing clients recovering from illness or injury to resume their normal activities as quickly as possible or give those facing lifelong challenges the help they need with everyday tasks.

My experience been a care giver I had. To take care of my aunt she was on bed rest for dementia and couldn't walk for rest of her life so I was the one who bath her feed her change her went to store for her. I just love take care of people . Been around people and taken care of them Got my high school diploma and soon go get my degree to be in home nurse

I love to work with, and care for the elderly. They need compassionate people to help them in their time of need. I gave alot of patience, and that's one if the most important things to them. I love to cook, and clean, and they just sometimes want someone to talk to them, and listen to their stories, and I'm that person. I worked for a Surgeon for over 20 years, and have experience in the medical field. I'm a very hard worker, and would love to work for the elderly, it makes me feel good to help them, and hope to make a difference in their life. We're all going to be there someday, and would hope that someone will give back to me in my time of need.
