Hello My name is Loretta, Some of my personality trait or expertise that help me be a Great Caregiver are: I am a people person, enjoy working and helping people of all ages. This has been my dream of working in the medical field since I was young. I have worked in hospitals, nursing homes, Dr. Office and cared for people in their homes over 30 years. What attracted me to this field was I use to go to work with my mother when I was in Jr. High School caring for patient in a nursing home, and the Private clients in their homes. I have not only cared for Seniors, Some of my jobs was caring for Babies, Children with disabilities and needed a caregiver I enjoy the most most is giving my help and support and bring joy to my clients, letting them know that I am there for them. My personal achievements I am proud of is Knowing that I was a help to my clients, doing the job that was needed to the best of my ability, and assuring them that while I was there, they could feel safe and enjoy being with me as much as I am with them, leaving them at the end of the day in a great Mood.

I'm a loving person, I like to help people, I cant help those who cannot help themselves, when I do my best and my best paid off...

I have been Working in healthcare for 7. I knew taking care of others was my calling when a close family member became ill with cancer and I took care of her up until she passed. Another reason I enjoy starting my homecare business is because I always wanted to be the one to take care of my grandmother. I believe everyone deserves a great caregiver. I understand it can be a hard process of allowing someone in your home and it may feel like you're losing your independence. I am here to make things easier and try to help you keep as much independence as possible.

I'm a mother of two amazing children. I'm a very patient and caring person who has a lot of experience assisting individuals with their daily routines. I first got into the field through my cousin who worked with mentally and physically challenged individuals of all ages when I was younger. I did that for many years and loved it. I then moved into early childhood education and worked for Headstart and a few daycare businesses. I started working specifically with seniors when my grandmother unfortunately became ill and I was one of her caregivers until she passed away. Since then I've worked in the field and have met a lot of incredible people. Sometimes I have to go from individual to individual depending on the company I'm working for and have always had good compliments and have always been requested back by them because of my outstanding job performance. My kids are getting older and I'm able to focus more on my career now. I look forward to meeting future clients and being able to assist them in anyway I possibly can to make things a little less stressful and to put a smile on their face.

I have been a caregiver for over 20 years. I have specialized experience in memory care. I have worked in homes and facilities but find my calling is more focused on a one on one basis, therefore I can put my all into one patient.

I became a caregiver because I love to take care of other people's well being, what I like about being a caregiver is that I can feel a sense of fulfillment every time I know that the needs of an individual is met and that she is satisfied with the way I took care of that person. I am proud to say that even up to now my previous employers are still calling me and I am friends with their families until now and we have an open communication isn't it great?I worked as a caregiver for two years now and I LOVE what I am doing. I am 49 y.o. And live independently, I can be full time caregiver whichever you prefer as long as am free and available

What makes me a great caregiver is that my sister has been a paraplegic my whole life and as a child I had to learn proper care for her as she is in a wheelchair so when my father got diagnosed with leukemia I was ready to be able to care for him properly. I am a respectful happy hard working person that enjoys my profession because I learn something new every day weather it's a bout life or a funny joke and get to take it home with me.

I have medical bacround of 15 years from Europian country. That gives me a big advantage in careing for elderly. I can handle medications and I can speak to the doctors and just be aware of a persons well being. I started working with elderly in 2003. For 10 years I worked for a small private company where all of our clients were treated like family members. For the past 5 years I work on my own. I am very responsible and compassionate person.It comes from my heart. I can't imagine doing anything else. I have worked for quite few families and not just one of them have called me an Angel. I am passionate about what I do because l believe our seniors deserve the utmost respect and care that can possibly be provided.

I have been employed by the state of New York,for 27 yrs.I have worked 14 years for the OFFICE OF PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES And 13 years for the OFFICE OF MENTAL HEALTH,as direct care staff. I am now retired but I continue to do what I do best,which is helping others. I am now a Personal care aide. Looking for private care clients.
