I started my career in Health Care right out of High school. I have over 20 years experience. I have worked Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Hospice. With that I have seen a lot & been taught by some amazing leaders. I go into each home with the attitude of this could be my Parent/ Grandparent, Treat them as how i would want my family cared for. My favorite thing about being a caregiver is the history of my patents. It brings so much joy to see them smile and relive there favorite memories of the past. I held my Certified Nursing assistant license for many years & only gave it up when I choose to not work in Nursing Homes. I keep up with all the latest training & have many certificates.

I became a caregiver caring for my sister with autism and then my grandfather who had a tracheotomy and needed a caregiver and I cared for him. I realized as a teen that I had a gift for helping people and wanted to do it as a career.

I was born to nurture. I feel most useful and fulfilled when I am taking care of other people. I was a nanny to two little girls for about five years, and then I worked in an assisted living facility, taking care of six residents for two years during college.
