I began my career in the health care field by taking care of my grandmother and it became personal to me. I care for my patients as if they are my own family members. I am C.P.R. First Aid and C.N.A. certified. I have also worked with over 40 families to add to those credentials. I am very compassionate as to my performance and have never been let go by any client to date. I have a lot of experience with dementia,alheimzers and a whole lot more. I have also worked with children with disabilities and have done a lot of different kinds of care. Hello,I'm a nursing student just looking to help people take care of their love one's in their time of need. I'm very easy going,caring,loving,generous,respectful,and honest. I've always wanted to be in health care since the age of 3. When I was in high school my mother had a stroke & I helped her with recovering. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the bond that you develop with your client. The achievement that I'm proud of most was finishing my medical assistant program with honors (3.5gpa)

Welcoming you with warm wishes. Just wanted to share alittle about me. I'm 34 yrs old. I've worked since age 14yrs. My mom was a single mom raising 3 kids. I enjoyed working hard and I have always been a giving hearted person. I remember I used to get my paychecks an was so excited I was able to but my mom dinner from a days hard of work. I was first introduced to an entry level position in the State of Kansas as a Residential Trainer for people who face physical and mental challenges and I did that for 3 years. It was so rewarding. Very hard work but I have always been very open to learning new things and I enjoy challenges. If we stay in where were comfortable. The you limit yourself from learning and doing what you can to be the hands and feet for Gods kingdom. After doing that for 3 yrs I decided to get my nurses aide license and doing that for so many years has been such a wonderful opportunity. I absolutely love my elders and I AM THE VOICE WHO SPEAKS UP FOR THEM. I believe that there is way too many people shoved in a room with a facility that lacks sufficient staffing to give the residents attention to give them the essentials like a regular bath and hygiene and clothes put on. I've seen too much of the THE BAD AND THE UGLY in institutions and to me that's NO WAY for anyone to live or spend there retirement in. I love talking and sharing stories, praying, I enjoy providing exceptional care to all clients I come in contact. I'm very friendly. My passion in life is people going above and beyond the call of duty. I'm flexible and reliable as I dont have any kids. Just 3 sweet dogs. I enjoy working with the elderly, i have been in the home caring field for little over 10 years. I am easy going, I believe treating people the way I would like to be treated. I take care of the clients as I would my own loved one. I am 66 years old have one child living with three grandchildren and one great granddaughter. I ensure to keep my self busy.

I have always loved caring for people since I was a small child, after I had my own child my passion of caring for others grew. I love knowing that's I am making a difference in someone's life. What seems to be smallest thing to us, could mean the most to someone else. I have worked with individuals with special needs for seven years and have had the background of dealing with "difficult" traits. Everyone is different but we all want someone who shows they care about them. I currently am working with assisted living residents, and that's a big reward in it's self, I have no living grandparents so being with them makes me feel like I'm with my own family.
