I am a 49 year old nana to 10 beautiful grandbabies. I have worked in nursing homes, and altimzers units, to lock down units. I like to read, watch movies and sing. I also have an associates degree i. Business management. I have had a cna and a medical assisgance license for over 22 years but i let it laps. I have tried other jobs from financing to repossession. Yes it may pay well but it doesnt make my heart feel the way it does when im an helling people. One thing i am most proud of is ive managed to raise 3 beautiful sons and i have had 13 foster kids. You have to patience, understanding and both sympathy and empathy to do this job. You have to care and want to help people. In the end I love the way being a crar giver feels. I love helping families take care of their loved ones so they can keep them at their home.

I have worked in the elder care field for 20 years. I love working with the elderly and being able to help them stay independent and in there homes for as long as possible. I am a patient caring loving lady, I have encountered many difficult situations in my years of care giving and i have faced them head on with an upbeat positive outlook.

I used to grow up in a beautiful facility where I was with my mother while she worked. Then, at age 6 I knew I wanted to help people just as I watched her do. The relationships she grew with these people were beautiful and she knew she was needed. I became a caregiver at age 17. I studied and received my CNA certification and started working doing what I love. I love to help my residents do things that they fill they can not complete on their own. I would like to say I'm very outgoing. I love socializing and getting to know people, that's one of the reasons why I chose to be a caregiver. I love listening to stories and learning how different each individual is from myself. I love listening to everything to what other people have done in their life. I would say one of my greatest achievements in life is becoming a mother. It is something I have always wanted. I am impatiently waiting to meet my sweet babygirl.

My name is Jess. I have been a CNA since October of 2019 and have been working as a CNA since December of 2019. Before becoming certified, I worked with Hospice for 6 months. I initially started working in this field when my grandmother became ill and needed 24/7 care. After helping her for those last months of her life, I realized it was something I really enjoyed doing. I am very caring and find joy in being able to help others, especially those who have reached a point in their life where they need it most. I am a very compassionate person and make it a priority to put the needs of those in my care first. I love being around others and providing support of all kinds whether it be assisting with ADL's or being there for emotional support.
