I am very positive and upbeat, I am kind and caring, I am very passionate in what I do. There is nothing else I would rather be doing than helping someone else in need. That is where my heart is at. I`ve been in the caretaking field of work for 34 years and have no desire to stop anytime soon. I`ve always felt a call on my life to be a caregiver, my heart has never been drawn anywhere else, it's just that simple. I love what I do. There is nothing more rewarding than being able to help another person, no matter what level of care they require.

I am very personable, outgoing and patient. I became a in home caregiver because I love helping the elderly live more independently from the comfort of their own home. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is being able to help seniors gain their confidence back. As a senior losing independence can be very frustrating and causes seniors to become very angry and in some cases lead to depression. Helping these seniors live comfortably from their home and making them comfortable at home while coping with losing their independence is very satisfying and my greatest achievement yet.

I have compassion for individuals that can't perform task or daily living activities,with the understanding that assistance is what they need to feel they are still in control of there independence,In my opinion, a caregiver job is one of the most important job in the world,I love what I do for a living and that's helping people live again in there on strength.

I became certified in the late 90's to become more knowledgeable of the care that my quadriplegic father needed. I have worked in hospitals, nursing home and private care settings. I find home care to be the most rewarding. It is easier to care for and assist someone in an environment known to them. I find gratification in helping other, after all, is that not what the Bible instructs us to do.

I am a single mom of 4 and I love taking care of my mom which she is in stage 4 Cancer I learn a lot from taking care of her and this is something I love doing from the heart

My name is Bianca Wright and I am a 24 year old mother of twin boys. I got into the health care field because, after I had my boys, I wanted to be able to able to help people like the nurses in the hospital helped me. They were so kind and compassionate toward me and my family and since then, I've been involved with home health care. Around the beginning of this year (2017) I started working with a close family friend who fell sick at the time. They have since past on but working with this family friend gave me a lot of experience with in-home patient care. For example I can wash, feed, position, transfer, provide ROM's exercises, provide denture care and catheter care as well as collet vitals signs. I currently have little experience when it comes to clients I've worked with however I have completed my CNA certification as well as having some experience working with my close family friend. I love to help and to be a help to other people and if you choose me I can guarantee that I will treat your loved one as if they were my own.

I enjoy working and caring for the elderly,most of my life was spent around the elderly.my experience in the nursing home,hospital and assistant living and home health.my overall experience is one I would never take for granted,because one day l love for someone to care for me.

My name is Ariel and I am the oldest of 5. I was naturally a caregiver growing up but found that geriatrics/ Alzheimer's/Dementia is where my heart is at. The thing I love most about being a caregiver is that I get to learn about each person and find ways to make them happy and to help them feel that taking care of someone that needs help is a pleasure and not a burden. I like the fact that I make each resident feel heard and understood. I am compassionate, fun, and creative. I have moved throughout caregiving, Activities, resident relations director, and home health. I feel in order to be a great caregiver, you must be able to have great attention to detail and a heightened awareness of how someone is feeling regardless of whether or not they can tell you or communicate it.
