Hi my name is Kimberly! I am a very loving, compassionate and kind person. I have over 16 yrs experience in healthcare. I was attracted to being a healthcare provider at a early age. I would volunteer during the summer as a kid.

What makes me a great caregiver , I love my clients as well as what I do I enjoy being able to help those who need more help than others or just even being a opening ear to talk to , I think what made me want to be in this Field is seeing my mother do it she has always been my inspiration, after I was old enough to try for myself I seen how people would treat the residents and I wasn't to happy about it , I've always said you treat people how you want to be treated or how you would want your parents treated or grandparents etc if they were in a situation of the sort . Working in this field has taught me that no matter your race your weight your height your religion, it's about your heart and how one feels about you as well as how you feel about what your doing and who your doing it for .

I believe I am a good caregiver because I truly care for my clients. Their well being is the up most important thing at that time! I'm reliable, trustworthy ,and want to come and care for you and your family!

I became a caregiver in 2004 because I'd spent the last few years of my grandmother's life helping her while she suffered with Alzheimers. I saw how important it was for them to have someone there to help them with the day to day when family couldn't be. Then after I got into the profession my love for helping others just grew. To see the joy it brings to the person to sometimes just have someone there for a companion. I work full time at Rusk State Hospital working closely with clients on Therapeutic Rehabilitation. I went back to part time home health again in July 2021 and am so thankful that I did. In the last 4 years I've worked with some of the absolute most wonderful families. One client even always told his wife, "I'm sure glad she's coming today because I miss her, she's a sweet little girl". I feel such a connection with my clients that to me, they aren't just clients, they are family! I go above and beyond during my visits, I dont just cook and clean. I help out with things from small art projects to flower gardening with my clients, whatever makes them smile that day is what they needed. I am currently on my CPR and Basic Life Support Certification as well.

I am a very fun outgoing women I have very great social communication skills and I've been known to be loved by all my clients. I am hardworking and I do my best at anything I'm told or required to do!

I have a huge heart I love to help people, I became a caregiver because I did not like the way I saw other caregivers treating patients while I was visiting the nursing homes. I enjoy being a caregiver because I love listening to the stories from way back when. I look forward to helping all those I can. I am certified CNA in the state of Texas

I have a genuine love for the elderly. Most clients just want their needs acknowledged and met , if possible. I aim to listen, and help complete tasks as they arise. Communication and understanding helps achieve goals. And most importantly, to give them value in their daily lives.

I have been taking care of two elderly women going on three years now. One of which has dementia. These women have been together for almost 50 years and are both retired teachers and coaches. They do not have any children and have never been married. I met them and learned very quickly that they needed help with basic things. I have green to love and care deeply for them. I could never allow them to go into a nursing home I don't know if I wasn't here taking care of them that's where they would end up. They've lived a good life and they still have a long life to live ahead of them. I know I take care of them to my best ability. They are like family and they are involved in every holiday, event, vacations, that my family and I do.
