I always went the opposite direction from Healthcare while finding a career. Until I was forced to take on the role, I never thought I was the type. Turns out im exactly the type and maybe even born to do it. I have a natural ability to care for people. I see beyond the brave words and read whats really wrong with people. I love that! To gain the trust of some that aren't so easy to give trust. Its priceless.

Hello! My Name is Kristen Innerarity-Ellison. I am newly married and mother of 2 beautiful teenage girls. I am a born again Christian. Currently working at Crossroads Family Care in Mt. Enterprise but I am looking to extend my passion for helping others by making their lives a little easier one day at a time.

I am a friendly, knowledgeable person, who genuinely cares about others. When beginning with others I am often quick to gauge the best methods of approach. It is incredibly hard - even for the most open among us - to admit the need for assistance -much less open up our home, lives and failing bodies and minds to a stranger. I've had many introductions in my years and Ive become pretty good with the "Icebreaker". There are situations where acceptance is a bit more complicated, but, some of my best work relationships are forged in slow starts. I come from an example of honor and love in caring for others.-my Mother has spent her entire life, since 5 yrs. old making a difference to someone in need. She has been in nursing and caregiving since she was 5 years old helping her great aunt who ran a home for elderly widows. She is now 70 years old and continues to work with grateful families and patients. There is hardly anything I can't ask her when I get stumped in helping one of my clients. There are occasions and things the medical teams aren't familiar with, nor will they share which can be of benefit to someone suffering. In closing , I believe it is my mission here to be of service to those I may help; and my desire is that each of those individuals know that it is my privilege to be of help to them . I have a simple code that I work by, "Always Leave Someone Better Than You Found Them. "

I am a people person and a self starter. I love the elderly and have been taking care of them for over 22 years. I have experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia , other cognitive impairments and love making my clients happy. The elder love community is often cast aside and forgotten about. My goal is to alway provide excellent care and compassionate care and most importantly companionship. I have wonderful letters of recommendation and I enjoy what I do.

I'm a loveable caregiver treat the elderly like my grandparents or mom & dad. I talk and make the elderly safe and comfortable. I am now working on getting my license and would be very ecstatic to be your mom or dad caregiver. I have a great cheerful attitude and have no problem with helping it's what I do! I love being a caregiver it brightens my day to sit and learn about one another!

My Love, Compassion, Gentleness, Patience and attention to details. I was a CNA in a Hospital and l seen the lack of compassion for the elderly patients, so l would get in there to help them and they would achieve at least half there goal. And thats when l decided l wanted to work with the elderly. When l was a C.N.A. working the floors of long term care, l loved it. However as the years went by my healthy body slowed down. I Love be able to give quality time and care to one person. I have worked the last 3 years in homes and have (am) loved it. I am proud of the fact l am active. I manage my time well. My clients appreciate what l do and care (love) me too. And l do my Best work in the relationship. (So l work at the relationship). I also worked as a Certified Restorative Aide. (My certificate recently expired but l have lots of experience)

I currently work with a special needs child. I'm looking for something else only because I am moving due to an unfortunate situation. The love I have for my special needs patient is unbelievable. I would like to stay in the same work field and be able to give care to others that can't care for themselves!

I am outgoing, have always taken care of other individuals. I do not need to be micromanaged. I was referred by a friend and have known the patients for several years. I just enjoy taking care of other people. I worked 10 years with a pediatric AIDS patient that was not suppose to live past that year, he was 4 at that time and he lived to be 10 years old.
