Hi Ive been in the medical field in various levels of patient care over 35 years. I have prenursing training and education , Im a registered Phlebotomist and Medical Assistant, much more than a CNA. After caring for my 95 year old mom for 6 years; the realization needing an xtra hand, if nothing else to get a break , was challenging to locate a professional quality caregiver that actually knew what they were doing, and were reliable. It's important to have a good fit with your reliable caregiver. In order to achieve quality care, the well-being , help maintain as much independence as possible, and mentally stimulation; plus provide comfortably safe environment is crucial. I offer a variety of shifts, days, and nights, over-night and weekends /holidays stays, to assist, and provide that much needed break to the full time family caregivers. Especially if you are on your own and need a helping hand till you recover, I'm there for you. I enjoy making a difference helping those that really need it. If it will help you stay home versus a skilled facility I'll be there to assist where I can. I try to aim high with making clients and family comfortable being around. I love laughing and talking. I became a caregiver because I love God's people and serving others. I enjoy my clients being happy with me and the care I give. And for me to see them comfortable around me. The personal achievement I am proud of is when I had the honor and privilege to take care of some of Houston's finest clients. And I was able to be there until the end of their life stage. God has truly been good to me . I have served as an Caregiver for 25yrs. And I love every minute of it.

I have always been passionate about making the lives of those I care for owing to my experience in clinical practice as a an LVN/LPN licensed Nurse and a volunteering work in healthcare in which I have managed the aged and elderly and built a wonderful relationship with them which has helped the outcome of daily living, much improved. Owing to this experience, its been my passion to continue on such opportunities to provide quality care for my clients to make their lives much better.

I have worked with the elderly for a great number years. I have worked in differant nursing facilities as well as odyssey hospice, and home health care. I enjoy my time working as I have learned alot from just talking with differant people. Working with the elderly is a very rewarding job. Its not just about a pay check with me its about the quality of care I provide and the companionship.

I would like to believe that I would be a perfect fit for anyone but thats not true. What I can say about myself is that I am dedicated, I am a hard worker, and I am a fast learner. I have been in healthcare some way, shape, or form since I was 15. I started off in a nursing home in the kitchen, went to work at a group home for developmentally challenged individuals, then I moved to a memory care unit while I resided in Florida, and now I work in emergency services as a dispatcher. Since I was young, I loved helping others. My heart [?] belonged to the medical field. I started off being Certified Nursing Assistant and went back to school, inspired by my patients, and became a Licensed Vocational Nurse. I have now been a nurse for 5 years and then some. I love people and caring for them. Bringing happiness and love is something I enjoy giving.

I have a strong passion for caring for the elderly I start doing this work when my mom became sick and we had to care for her I strongly believe that all elderly deserve a dependent caregiver as well as have compassion to do that job .Thank u
