I am Virginia Board Certified Nursing Assistant with over five years of home health and assisted living care. After raising four children I returned to school and became certified as a Home Health Aid, Nursing Assistant as well as Phlebotomy Tech. I believe that everyone has the right to quality care, and an advocate to ensure they are treated with dignity and respect. Raising four children has taught me that one must always use and implement active listening skills as well as expect the unexpected. Care is not only about taking care of someone but as to how you treat the person and make them feel makes a huge difference. That made me so proud of my self because it made me realize I made a difference and I did my job as a caregiver and recognized the client as a family of my own

I am a very patient person. I started caregiving position when 1st I came to USA. I used to take care of my grandmother for more than two years. I was with her still the end. I had to quite my job and take care of her because I LOVE HER SO MUCH. I love to be with people who needs help and I will satisfied when I see them happy. I work this job for about 7 years. I used CNA licence from 2009 to 2017. I had to go to college and I finished my associate's 2018. I love working as a CNA because I love helping people.
