I currently live on a small hobby farm that includes horses, a donkey, chickens, dogs, cats, rabbits and even a turkey. I spend quite a bit of time vegetable and fruit gardening and enjoy a variety of crafts. I am also a volunteer at the local senior center. I am married, with 5 grown children and 6 grandchildren, and am fortunate enough to still have both my parents! My specialties are Cancer Care, Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, Post-Acute, Memory Care, and Hospice Care. I have an innate ability to anticipate the needs of my client, both emotionally and physically. I am open and approachable, and am able to comfortably converse with my client based on their interests and experiences. I'm known for giving great baths and showers and I'm nurse delegation certified, so I can assist with catheters, insulin, wound care and more. I have a clean, dependable car and insurance. I am willing to transport to appointments, outings and events or just stay home together. I'm an easy going type of person. I come with a high level of training and professionalism. Currently I am CPR and first aid certified, DDD certified, medication assistance certified from DSHS, and I have a great work ethic and currently have not missed a day of work in the past 7 years.

I am very good at dealing with people who need extra care. I am now doing shopping, housekeeping and odd jobs for an older lady with COPD. She is hard to deal with st times but I always give her a warm greeting and I am pleasant. Yesterday I actually got her to smile when I left.i am very patient even under difficult situations.

I have ten years experience in long term setting and in assist living. I enjoy working with elderly and helping them with daily activities. I enjoy helping those that need that little extra, an to get a smile from them is a reward on it own.

I very much so enjoy more personalized care. I am a very caring and affectionate person. I have experience with many different types of care on diffrent levels. I have a true love for people and have been a care taker nearly my whole life. Im attentive and very thorough in assessing any needs of my patient. My husband struggled with kidney disease and i was his caretaker and in home dialysis provider after a long 7 year battle he received his Kidney transplant .
