I'm kind, passionate and have patience I decided to become a caregiver after my grandma was ill and I had taken her into my home and took care of her for 3 years and after she passed I had started looking for a agency to do caregiving with as I wanted to help other families with their loved ones I like being a caregiver cause I'm kind have patience and love to work with rhe elderly I have done alot of personal care skills training and also Alzheimer's and Dementia training

I've been working for the last 13 years as a C.N.A./caregiver. My experience includes a hospital setting with maximum of 12 to 14 patients, assisted living with one patient, and in a residential facility. My duties are: Assisting with patient care recording, vital signs, high/weight, input/output, collect and test specimens, report and record patients condition and treatment, assist with feeding and G-tube, assist with their mobility, turn and repositioning, range of motion exercises, transferring patients to and from wheelchair, assist with ambulation, wound care, dressing and grooming, bath, help them with daily activities, more than a job being around elderly people and help them, make me feel great.
