I am a very compassionate and patient caregiver with 24 years of experience helping to care for individuals with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. I began providing care when a close friend of mine needed help caring for her sick mother. I worked with this sweet lady for seven and a half years in which I refined my caregiving skills. The bond that I build with all of my clients is unmistakably genuine and sweet. Over my career I have cared for 15 different people and each one of them and the experiences that we have shared has helped to enrich my ability to care for the next one. Planned, prepared and served meals and snacks according to prescribed diets. Bowel care and incontinence. Provide transportation, assistance and companionship to clients. Cleaned and organized patients living quarters. Performed household tasks such as light housecleaning, laundry, dusting, washing dishes, vacuuming, shopping and running errands.

I became a caregiver at a very young age because I have a passion for helping others and wanting others to feel that they matter!
