I love what I do. What attracted me to be a care giver is when I went to this field people needed help and people will care for them. I enjoy being a care giver when I have given all my best to a client.

I am a 37year old CNA and mother of three,I became a caregiver because I love helping others and caring for those who can't perform or need assistance with their daily activities. When I was a young girl my mother was diagnosed with MS and my siblings and I were responsible for helping her with her daily activities and from that moment forward I knew that was my calling. In the past I have taken care of several loved ones and others until they're last moment here and thats what I feel like I am here to do, its my passion. I love being able to make a difference in someone else's life and make them happy.

I'm great at being a caregiver due to the fact I ALWAYS treat my patient as if they're my mom or dad!! Hello, my name is Angelica. I've been someone who goes above and beyond for people for as long as I've been able to. I have a kind spirit and making sure people are cared for properly has always been my main focus. It wasnt until highschool that I knew how to get started in a career that allowed me to do that. I've been a volunteer caregiver since 2019 and became certified and paid to do it starting December of 2020. Being as young as I am; I always had little nagging feelings about whether or not I was making an impact in patient's lives. It wasn't until I looked back at all the families I've cared for, as well as started working in a rehab facility, that I realized how much help I provide. I've had patients become emotional and show how grateful they are that I'm able to be so kind, patient, gentle, and humane all while making sure they are being taken care of fully. I am married with a 14yr old son and im the oldest of 7 so im pretty much use to being the person others depend on and leaning on me for support. I started out in the health field in 2008 working with the disabled people.. From the ages of 5 and up. I worked with people With autism I work with people with behavior issues, CP cervical, to people with diabetes cancer Strokes Alzheimer dementia I work with people with catheters G tubes pretty much all the above I love what I do I started out as just a support provider and now I'm a Certified nursing assistant, now currently state certified Patient Care Tech, I am currently in school for Radiology Tech. I definitely love my health career and plan on staying in this field for a while

I'm the type of person that's very personable I love people and I love helping others. I worked at St Vincent hospital as a patient safety assistance I kept my patients safe I assisted them with restroom duties, feeding, walking, I played games with them watched television I became their companion. I've worked with people with all types of elements even hospice, ages from infants to 104 years of age. I also work with the seniors at my church. I'm a very nurturing person.
