Since I was a child I liked to help and serve people who could not fend for themselves and through this profession I do what I like to do that is to serve and help people with their physical needs or disabilities and getting paid to do that. I like this work for my personal satisfaction that gives me to see many people that I can help and serve and contribute to their welfare. I am proud to have my nursing assistant license allows me to work in what I like to do. I'm still studying. And finish the course of LPN and I am preparing for the state exam. I'm honestly loving person I'll care for my clients as if they were my own family. I helped take care of my mom before she passed away and I CPR certified have a four year old so I have all the patients that it'll take to deal with the clients. What attracted me to this job is because I love helping others yeah I'll take some classes because I went to college for early childhood education but I'm willing to learn and expand my experience in the work field and just ready for change. Im a great healthcare provider I'm compassionate always on time and a hard worker and really enjoy helping other. I have 11 yrs experience in healthcare and 3 1/2 yrs As a CNA. I think if we as the caregiver or CNA's are more understanding to the patient or resident everything will go much better.
