Since I was a child I liked to help and serve people who could not fend for themselves and through this profession I do what I like to do that is to serve and help people with their physical needs or disabilities and getting paid to do that. I like this work for my personal satisfaction that gives me to see many people that I can help and serve and contribute to their welfare. I am proud to have my nursing assistant license allows me to work in what I like to do. I'm still studying. And finish the course of LPN and I am preparing for the state exam. Serve and help people with a disability is my passion. I am a person who likes to serve people. I am very responsible in everything I do. I am very polite and very patient. I love to communicate with people. I love my profession as a nurse assistant.

Hello my name is Shereka Darlington . My personality traits and expertise that help me being a great caregiver would be helping my teammate out and also being a helping hand. I am honest wit everything I do and being patient with whome I'm caring for . Having confidence in what I'm doing in my job field no matter what Challenges I face. The one thing that attracted me to be a caregiver would be having the heart to care for others and their needs and taking on the responsibility that comes on being a good caregiver to the ones I'm caring for . Being a good organized person in my job course and being trustworthy to my client and their families. Im a great healthcare provider I'm compassionate always on time and a hard worker and really enjoy helping other. I have 11 yrs experience in healthcare and 3 1/2 yrs As a CNA. I think if we as the caregiver or CNA's are more understanding to the patient or resident everything will go much better.
