Hi I'm Amanda. I am 43 years old and I have been caring for others most of my life and I find it the most rewarding and joyful part of my life. It helps me more to extend a hand when I can. I have about 6 years of private duty care experience. I have found that sadly our world doesn't have enough folks that are able to kindly give time to those in need and therefo9re have found my own purpose in life. If I can change a bad day to an acceptable day for just one person then I am rewarded with the feeling it gives me. That is much gratitude for the ability to do so and also the opportunity that person gave me and I am forever greatful for that.

Hello! I am 25 years old with 2 children - 5 & 8-, I own a farm - I raise Goats, Chickens, Bees, Garden, etc- Certified in Natural Medicine, Certified in CPR/AED, I work with children and adults. I am a adaptable person when it comes to many situations. I love listening to life stories and wisdom that came before me. I am an old soul who connects with lots of people of different backgrounds. I enjoy helping others in need & show everyone kindness, happiness & bring positivity. I am proud of many achievements in my life, but my favorite is showing everyone that they have courage and no matter what they are still in control even when they feel lost.

I've been a caregiver for 5 years started off working at rescare where i worked in group homes supportive living sites and day programs. What i loved most about being a caregiver is the fact i'm able to make someone smile everyday knowing that i play apart in someone's day going better makes my day better. I love taking my clients out into the community i love crafts and doing different activities. I also would help prepare my clients meals which i'd say they love i'm a pretty good cook if i may say so myself. I then left rescare after 3 years worked at easterseals at their day program due to covid i had stopped working there. Then worked at Compass residential where i've worked as a caregiver and a supervisor is my current job now. Id say i'm proud of myself for not giving up some days are harder than other but i continue to keep pushing because i jobs love what i do.

After high school I continued to work with special needs clients at a facility and then when I moved I took care of them in their home.
