I have been doing this type of work for 13 years

I was raised by my grandparents and help with their care as they got older. I helped to care for my grandmother who had dementia as a companion and later with palliative care. I was present and provided support and comfort to her thru her end-of-life and assisted with her postmortem care. I have since worked in home care, assisted living and nursing home settings providing care to those who primarily had dementia, providing palliative, hospice and postmortem care. I have had great success with calming clients who are combative or aggressive to preform necessary ADLs. I also have experience with diabetic care, Cather care and those who are on dialysis including ports. I also have experience as a Med Tech. I am a very patient and compassionate person who loves to see someone enjoy a safe and comfortable life.
