I have worked with different clients and I have worked at a facility, adult family home, and one on one care. Caregiver is a great job that helps me to meet with different people and see the world in a different way. Being able to help another person is what I always wanted since I was young. Being a caregiver gives me an understanding of what other people go through. I even decided to pursue my education in public health because I wanted to learn different ways to help people. I have been a caregiver for almost 3 years now and I love it.

Let me introduce myself my name is Moneva Walker-Baggarley! Iam a single mother of two wonderful young men and they are grown. I got into caregiving when my wonderful beautiful momma fell sick and need the love care and compassion from her daughter(me). I took care of her for over 20 yrs. Then I took care of my dad. Taking care of both my parents taught me it's good and feels wonderful to assist an individual who needs it. I'm a very dedicated individual who loves caring for anyone and everyone rather your a kiddo, elderly etc. I love giving back by caring for others. It feels great and I love knowing I was there for someone who needed it. I can say I'm very grateful that I have achieved my dreams in the field I love with a passion!

Living with people and supporting each other gives life a meaning. This is why I became a care provider. 3 years as a live in care giver has equipped with knowledge of dealing with challenges faced by elderly people and those with needs within our community which require a helping hand. Simple achievements like understanding a person at a certain age or condition can not hold a big glass and drink enough water comfortably or during the pandemic while family members could not visit their loved ones setting up video calls and guiding them how to communicate with new technology brings joy and satisfaction to all. Although it started as a job now it's a way of life being that shoulder to lean on.

I'd describe my personality as energetic, helpful, and activity oriented. I started working with kids when I was a teenager, I was a cabin leader at the summer camp I'd grown up going to. In my spare time, I like to use my kayak and bake all sorts of goodies. One thing you should know about me is that I'm a mover, if there's an activity or something to go do then I'd much rather do that then screens.

Hello! My name is Sierra and I am a cna currently. I am strong and comforting and have a hand full of skills under my belt in regards to caregiving. I enjoy making people fell more comfortable in their own homes and with themselves. I am especially proud of the amount of clients I have had that genuinely appreciate and enjoy my work and company.

I am really hardworking and can work with initiative. Once I get to know the resident I will anticipate their needs. I'll make sure to give them the care that they need. I've always like taking care of older people. I just have a soft spot for them. Being able to care for those who need me most. I've work to a memory care for older people for over 7 months. I didn't know that I could last that long but I did. I really love my work, but this time I just want something different and I think in home care will be a great fit for me because I'm the type of person who loves doing great care for the resident.

I am a very personable person I've always worked in retail because I loved the person to person interaction. I've always been able to get along with most people because I could read and pickup on their personality and that helped me better understand them as a person. I got attracted to caregiving because I wanted to give more to those around me. I believe that everyone who need assistance should get the help they deserve because there's so much negativity out there, there needs to be more positivity and kindness. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is getting to provide that comfort that other need and making them feel at ease because they aren't alone. A personal achievement in pound of is going to trade school to become more knowledgeable about how to help others i never likes school not because of the learning though it was more the teachers and other student and how you were ranked as a person by a grade in the grade book so I never thought I'd go back to school after high school until I found my path to caregiving I was actually passionate about it and excited to be going back to school and learning about something I was interested in so it was a proud moment for me ,
