I have been a caregiver for over 40 years .... I have experience with wound care and sterile procedures. I understand Supra pubic catheters ,changing them etc . I spent 12 years taking care of a woman who had M.S... my recent job i helped a family care for their mother until she passed away i was with them for over a year. throughout my career I have done jobs which require light housekeeping, taking care of animals, shopping and companionship. I can offer overnight shifts also. I have fantastic references and looking for a great job with a great employer..... whether it is full time or part time. I can also do live in if needed..i love all animals too. Owning my car i have dependable transportation and i'm very reliable which previous employers would tell you. I have been living in Sacramento for over 20 years....... Reference letters given at interviews.

Assisting the elderly has become something that I am very passionate about, I treat my clients as they are part of my own family, with lots of respect and diginity, everyone deserves to be treated this way. My duties include: meal preparation, housekeeping, managing medication, bathing, grooming, dressing. I am proud of my profession CNA because I've learned a lot of good things from my Client, im also a great companion .I am currently in the transition of going to nursing school soon for RN license...

It's hard to talk about ourselves but I'll give it a try, I was introduced to caregiving by a family member since that day I went and got my self in school to get my cna certification later on I also received my dsp certification. This career is very rewarding for me, helping people and providing support to the people that needed the most is what I enjoy doing the most. I personally like watching movies, going on walks, and cooking.

My personality traits are awesome; Very understandable , calm , nice to get along with, very smoothing vibes, and a very hard worker. what attracts me to being a cna/caregiver is that I get to work with the elderly population and I'm always learning something new and I enjoy having story time with individuals. The best thing I enjoy about being a CNA / caregiver is keeping a smile on everyone's face and a nice calm environment. I love being around people and all my life I've taken care of family members and when I do caregiving, I care for them like they are my own family. I am very friendly, love to cook and just anything needed to be done. Family is everything to me and when you are in my care, you're family and I will make sure you are taken care of well. I initially became a caregiver so I could help patients be happy in a facility that they might not be comfortable in . I love helping others as well as making sure they are fed , cleaned , bathed & also making sure they are safe . Making residents feel at home as much as possible. Helping residents get dressed in the mornings , make there beds and clean there room if needed for the day . Making sure they have everything they need and checking on them throughout the day .
