Hi I'm 40 years old I have 12 plus years experience as being a PCA I loved making my clients smile and feel good.

I have had my CNA license since 2012 when I graduated high school. I have experience in psych facilities; skilled nursing facilities; home health facilities and so much more. I am a reliable person and do not mind working over if need be. I became a caregiver to be that special person to talk to; to cook for or anything that may be required. I made the decision to help others after helping my grandparents and great grandmother all through out my life. Seeing all of them being surrounded with a supportive family during their final years was truly a blessing, but sadly, not everyone is as lucky to have the constant care they did. I understand that a busy life can get in the way of helping out our loved ones, and I'd love to help them and provide company whenever I can. I love being able to help others and have often been complimented on my patience and understanding with those who need it. In her finally years, I helped my great grandmother with many activities, mostly with household chores and personal company (she was in her 90s whenever I was helping her.) I have been exposed to and helped people with memory issues, cancer, diabetes, etc. I am use to preparing food and reminding others to eat and to take their medication . I have much personal experience in this area and have no problem treating others with respect as I would want to be treated the same way. :)

My goal is to give care to the one you love helping your love one's to get back to good health.

First I am a christian mother of three beautiful children with over 20 years of caregiving to those with intellectual disabilities. I enjoy volunteering to help support others in need. What attracted me to provide care to those who are unable to care for themselves is the way society has dismissed the population of this special community in need of this service of hospitality and care. I enjoy this area of care because we will all need help at some point in life, whether it is now or later. When I care for another individual, I do it the right way the first time, and I do it with pride. Most importantly, I care for others the way God would want me to care for my neighbor. A personal achievement I am most proud of is accomplishing and furthering my education to the highest degree possibly as a single mother when society did not believe I could.

What makes me a great caregiver ? Im a good listener , observant and caring . i became a caregiver because thats always something I've always wanted to experience and has becane so great at it . i tooken care of my grandma for 2yrs while working for FCI . it wasnt easy but enjoyed every moment of it.
