Hello! My names Katrina ive been in home health since I was 13 years old! I started with children who had special needs. I worked with them for about 5 years then started to lean more towards the elderly who really just need a lending hand at home a companion etc. Though I take my job very seriously and dont mind doing the dirty work as well bed baths toileting bed side commodes. I am experianced with hoyer lifts I am CPR certified and First Aid. I'm fluent in sign language for those who may have a family member who is hard of hearing or deaf. Its exhausting to type an entire bio and I much prefer to talk on the phone. Hello! My name is Logan and I've been a caregiver for 7 years (longer if you count my personal life) - My brother has epilepsy and I always was a second caregiver to him as he started having seizures when he was only 8 years old, making me 3 months old at the time. I started young working as a PCA at an assisted living facility and after a year of being there I got offered an assistant managers position at Goldenrod, a group home for adults with disabilities. After being there for 3 months I was promoted to Residential Manager of the two homes I oversaw. I love working with people, putting smiles on their faces and more times than not them putting smiles on mine too! I realize this line of work is difficult for some people and it truly isn't for everyone but I believe that you should enjoy what you do especially when you spend so much time doing it and if I'm helping someone even a little, I've had a good day.

I became a caregiver at the early age of 14 when my grandfather suffered a stroke which paralyzed the entire right side of his body. Ever since then, when I graduated high school in 2014, I began working for the nursing homes, & for multiple people in the area in need of a caregiver. I enjoy the companionships that are built thru trusting and support. I'm proud of the caregiver I am, because a lot of my clients/ patients have no one to support them, and knowing I am the one that's there to make sure they eat, & are properly bathed means a lot to me. I take my job seriously.
