I keep a big smile on my face at all times when I'm with my patients I treat them how would treat my own grandparents I'll never get loud with them. I have always wanted to be a caregiver since I was little but I always had a goal to always work in the medical field. I enjoy the most about being a caregiver with helping them & they make my day.

I've been a CNA for 20 year's.I love doing what I do,i so get Senior's and get along very well with them.I really owe it all to my Parent's who instilled in me to alway's Respect your elder's.My father was really proud of me for being in this line of work.I did a lot for him up until he passed{2012}.I have received award's in Dementia/Alzheimer care,outstanding caregiver and employee of the month.I have learned a lot in my 20 year's and still learning.My client's show me every day how blessed i'am.

I love caregiving because it's such an intimate friendship that you get to build with others in our community and it has impacted and inspired me in a positive and powerful way. I started caregiving to help my mom pay bills when I was 15, and I have yet to look back and regret the time I've gotten to spend with people in their golden years of life. I will forever be grateful for the time I have spent with the people I've gotten to care for.

I am also HHA/PCA certified. I enjoy working with my clients because growing up i had a grandparent with Dementia and it was hard. Using my experience and personal relations, i knew i wanted to help others in similar situations. I believe you should be careful before you allow anyone into your home especially those that only believe theyre doing a "job". I take pride in my work and i take care of my clients, i treat them as if im their family. I am a sister and daughter before anything.
